Decent portable option
I really like the actual pump parts that come with this pump- both the collection cups and the power pump pieces. They are very easy to use and clean. The collection cup flanges are silicone which makes them really comfortable while pumping, but I wish they came with more options of inserts for various sizes. The actual pump is a lot heavier than I expected for the size of it, making it hard to "wear" if you want to actually move around while pumping. I also think the options on the pump are pretty basic. There are other portable options that allow for more customization. For me, personally, this pump has enough suction power to yield my typical amount of milk per session. Overall, this is a good, basic and affordable portable option.

Leaks almost every time I use it
I got this pump through insurance and at first it was fine fine, but after a few uses it consistently started to leak almost every time I use it now. Super annoying having to change my clothes every time I use this pump because I’m covered in milk. Overall disappointed, wish I would’ve read the reviews before getting it

Loved all the little details
I received this product for free, but this is my honest review.
Parts
Love the silicone flanges, much softer and provides more suction than typical plastic flanges. Love the clear duckbills-- can see if there's any milk left in there.
Pump Hub/Motor
The suction on the machine is pretty strong. I like that it has a timer and ability to move between levels clearly. The screen is clear to read and the buttons are easy to press. It turns off automatically after 20 minutes, which is nice because I've often sat there over-pumping when distracted. When you turn it on again, it keeps the settings that you had last.
PowerPump Kit
The regular pump is still pretty mobile and I can do things around the house while pumping. I appreciate that it comes with bottle caps and a nipple for direct feeding. The 5oz cups are dainty and don't take up space.
Hands-free Cups
The collection cups are a bit large so I have to cram them into my bra--the kit does come with a bra extension if needed. But the feel of the silicone flange is more forgiving than the typical plastic so it isn't too bad pressed against your body. There are so many subtle features that I appreciate in this design that aren't in the other wearable that I own. The bottom of the cups are flat so you can set them down without them tumbling over; but overall the shape is round so they can hide well within your clothing. The collection cup cap connection to the tubing actually spins, so that the tubing doesn't have to go a specific way, which is convenient. At the top between the hands-free flange and the collection cup, there's a small hole to help funnel out the milk efficiently, although sometimes the water tension causes the milk to splash out.
If anything, the wearable alone is worth buying this device. There are a lot of parts to wash, but the comfort, convenience, and ease of use make up for the assembly and cleaning.

Love It!
The only pump that has fully emptied me and took away discomfort! I did have an issue with one of the batteries after about 2 months of use and customer service was incredible! They got back with me within a day of emailing about my issue, sent me out a new discreet duo and offered to reimburse me if i needed to buy their manual pump for time being (i already purchased it) The discreet duo pump is easy to use, easy to clean, and quieter than most pumps! 10/10 recommend!

Loved at first…not anymore
When I first got this pump I was really impressed with it. As a second time mom with a toddler, having a mobile wearable pump was super helpful. I do not exclusively pump, so only used the pump a few times a week. After about 5 months I started having issues with one pump not having great suction, duckbills and diaphragms changed, different bras, different breasts…didn’t make any difference. And now the suction is so poor that I do not get any output using that pump. Really upset that I wasted my pump through insurance on this.

This was my primary pump for a whole year
I am an EP and I know wearables shouldn't be your primary pump but I didn't follow the rules. My son will get breast milk for a whole year and I don't think I could have done it without this pump. I had some motor issues and Lansinoh customer service was so nice. I was able to get a replacement. Great for travel both car and air.

Leaks and is noisy
I had issues with the product leaking, every time I used it. It also was fairly noisy. And not the most comfortable fit.

This is lightweight and quiet! I love how it pours out and the ease of taking it apart to clean and putting it back together.

Great Pump!
I love so many things about this pump! Its weight, portability, the ease of breaking it down to clean and of putting it back together, and most importantly the suction it produces. Well worth the purchase! I've had multiple births thus, have tried many different mommy and baby products and in all honesty Lansinoh does not disappoint!

Love this pump
I chose this as my pump through insurance due to the appearance of mobility and ease of use. I'm so happy this was the choice I made. I got the pump in July my baby wasn't due until January they induced in December. The pumps worked great were easy to use and nice and portable. Fast forward to March one pump had slowed down wasn't uts best . I contacted the company they asked a few questions and for my receipt. It took me longer to get the reciept than it did the replacement they sent for the issue I was having . They really stand behind their products and I would definitely recommend.!
