Description
The Z2 rhythmically alternates expression between breasts to increase stimulation and express more milk in less time. The modes mimic the way baby feeds, with extra stimulation that helps increase milk products. The mode starts out with an initial flutter suction pattern, followed by a stronger extraction without having to switch settings.
It offers three different pumping styles that you can tailor for comfort: Massage, Expression, and 2-Phase mode (expression and massage).

After nine months of regular pumping (and wrapping my tubing too tightly around my pump when storing it) I ripped a hole in one side. I was able to cut the bad part out and reinsert the adapter, but I decided to order new tubing to make sure my pump was running as efficiently as possible. Those work just like the originals. I am so grateful to Zomee for making a full line of replacement parts compatible with Medline pumps.

I used a Lansinoh with my first baby and it was ok. I wish I had the Z2 back then! This pump empties me almost as well as the hospital pumps. It’s not as quiet as I expected, or I’d give it a full 5 stars. I also love the little night light ring.

I have been using this pump for two months now and overall I like it. It effectively expresses milk, it’s easy to assemble and clean, and it’s lightweight and portable with a useful lanyard. However, with each use there are two features I wish were better. One, the touchscreen buttons are too sensitive so they can easily be bumped and settings can be changed unintentionally if you move around during a pump session. Two, the backlight display does not illuminate the touchscreen enough so you can easily read the buttons and adjust settings in a dark room during a nighttime pumping session.

I am happy with my zomee breast pump, once I ordered the right size breast shield flanges it made pumping so much better and I don’t have any complaints, I would recommend this breast pump to other moms.
