Avoid these at all cost
Bought this the cups last year to have extra because I was expecting. Thought they would be just as good as the original. Little did I know they wouldn’t. They added more pieces you now have to invest in. I spoke to someone in their customer service to find out why I was having so much trouble and they gas lighted me saying that it was probably me and that I should go see a lactation nurse. I used a my previous cups and lo and behold I had no problem. Don’t waist your money and tears on these. I highly doubt not recommend your mental health over these. Invest in other ones. Hope this helps anyone.

Do not recommend
I bought this 3 months ago and the screen has stopped working multiple times, and now it just won’t turn on at all. The collection cups have stopped sealing and you can hear the air coming through in one of them now. And it sucks because I love the out put from this pump but I just cannot rely on it.

Milk leaks out of the cups!
Milk leaks out of the cups! Not the best when you already have a low supply and needing every drop possible. Very disappointing when half of it leaks out. Did this from the first week or two of using it.
Don’t recommend for the price paid.

Pressed breast tissue in - mastitis
I used this after I left the hospital. Within 1.5 weeks I got mastitis and was ultimately admitted to hospital with it. The hospital staff indicated that the cups could have been the cause as they pushed in my breast tissue, causing a failure to properly empty the breast. After being released from hospital, I used the Symphony, and then the Freestyle pump with the traditional pump equipment (purchased separately) and its been ok. Fortunately, they are cross compatable. Breast size 12E Australian with relatively firm breast tissue. I wish I had been more informed about the potential issues of suitability of the Freestyle.

Broken part !!
I bought this pump not even a month ago and one of the pieces just broke off. I spent this much money for the cord to break not even 3 times after using it

Touchscreen issues
Only great feature about this was that its handsfree. It's too bulky on me to comfortably hold my baby if needed, but luckily it can be worn one side at a time. You also can not bend forward while wearing since there are open holes at the top which is a problem when you have to reach down to pick up your baby or are trying to complete household tasks. The biggest issue is that the touchscreen would randomly stop working and sometimes it would change the setting on its own going from a level 2 to and 8 which was not pleasant especially when the screen to turn it down freezes at the same time.

VEry bad design, poor product
Bought the product under impression of being great as per experience from hospital.
The milk drains out, and it doesn't provide proper suction.
waste of money

Super durable pump
This breast pump is my favorite! I love the hands free discrete cups you can pump anywhere with modesty.
I was absolutely devastated when my husband drove off with it on the roof of the car and it went flying off at 50 miles per hour. We pulled over found it and miraculously it still worked! It’s a little scratched up but I still use it almost every day and pump! Thank you for making good quality products for sleep deprived parents!

Very Glitchy & Not Enough Sizes
I put this breast pump on my registry and received it as a gift, however I so wish I would’ve chosen a different brand. My issues with it begin with the fact that it:
1. Has an open spout at the top so you can’t bend over since it doesn’t close. Also makes for storing milk while pumping on the go more complicated since you can’t just keep it in the pumps themselves.
2. The touch screen is so ridiculously sensitive if it brushes against your leg or hits the counter, it might pause or change settings on you.
3. Wasn’t a fan of the wrist strap motor design…kinda takes away from it being hands-free because it’s swinging everywhere and the tubes aren’t that long so if you set it down you’re on a short leash.
4. There are only breast shield sizes available above 21mm, which is actually pretty large. If you need anything smaller, you have to order some 3rd party inserts which in my experience make the pump less effective.
5. Worst of all, it recently started glitching. I’ve only had it for 2 months and it will suddenly stop out of nowhere with full battery and the buttons will become unresponsive. Right now it has full battery but won’t work unless it’s plugged in - which completely defeats the purpose of it being a hands free pump.
I will say, my two positives are that, they are easy to clean because of the small amount of parts and, when it is functioning normally, it DOES get milk out pretty effectively. I’d say equivalent to, if not slightly better than a standard Spectra S2 pump which has a large hospital grade motor. I’m hoping I can get a refund or at least replacement or something since it seems to be dying on me after only 2 months of use.

Missing a very important feature
There is no way to lock the touch buttons. This wouldn't be an issue if the pump wasn't marketed as "hands-free" and wearable. With no lock on the buttons it is hardly wearable - they are way too easy to press with any body part, and even trough clothes.
My solution is to use an antistatic bag from an old hard drive, it spoils the looks but prevents accidental touches. Or if you haven't bought it yet, just go for the classic Swing Maxi motor, which is a bit heavier, but has actual physical buttons.
Also, the bluetooth connectivity is just a gimmick, but sadly that's the age we live in, everything has to be connected and touchscreen.
Otherwise the pump is very good and feels solid. If it's as durable as our 10+ year old Swing and the touch buttons don't bother you it's worth the premium price.
