Description
This Double Electric Breast Pump features MaxFlow technology and 2-phase expression for more milk in less time. The strong suction performance helps express 11.8% more milk per minute, while 2-phase expression technology mimics baby’s natural sucking rhythm.
It has intuitive controls for ease of use, few parts for easier cleaning and a closed system that prevents milk from entering the tubing.

Disappointed

Not worth it even when free
Not hospital strength as advertised. I showed lactation consultant after delivered, she said Medela even told the hospital that this model was not good especially in beginning when milk is first coming in.

Everything slowly stopped working
This unit came highly recommended by friends. Unfortunately the battery pack corroded after three uses (15 min sessions each). It caused the batteries to leaked so I cleaned it out and used new Duracell batteries, same issue happened again. And today after less than two months of usage, the entire unit no longer turns on. Have been trying to get through to customer service for weeks about the battery and I have yet to talk to an actual person. I had such high hopes for this product but I’m very disappointed in all aspects.

Terrible Pump
As someone who exclusively pumps this pump sucks! I am 5 weeks into my journey and this pump crapped out in the middle of the night. I am having to go pay for one out of pocket at the store because their customer service line takes you to a directory where you have to pick someone's name who works there. This also didn't have great suction. I was spending 30-40 minutes to get the supply I needed. With others I am able to get it in 15-20. I would absolutely recommend going with another brand.

Stopped working
Pump stopped working in the middle of the night after 2 and a half weeks of use. Not great for someone who exclusively pumps. Been on hold for an hour with customer support with no answer.

Stopped working in less than one year
This used to by my favorite pump. I used it for most of my pump sessions and it did the best job at fully emptying me but unfortunately, it completely stopped working one day. I took excellent care of it and replaced all parts regularly. Very disappointing that it didn’t even last 1 year.

Stoped Working Randomly
I loved the medela I used in the hospital so I ordered this one through my insurance.
Have not even had it for a week and it won’t turn on, sounds like it’s going to and doesn’t. I exclusively pump and now I have no way to pump.
I would like the company to send me a new one and I’ll send the broken one back!

Liked it while it worked..
I got this pump through insurance and it was working great until it wasn't. The battery pack went first and I thought it would be fine if I just used the wall plug option, but then that started having the same problems of the pump shutting off after a minute or two. Then it only turned on after the third or fourth attempt. I have only been using it for a month. I am currently working on getting in contact with customer support to try and fix my problem. Just hoping to have a working pump since my baby is refusing to latch.

It was great until it wasn’t
I got This three months ago and used it for two before it died on me. The pump will not work anymore and I’ve tried everything.
