My son is not using the stroller since he was 2 years old, not even then , only occasionally when we go on a vacation. So I started using the stroller again after almost 1 and a half years with my new baby, and currently we use the pram. However, I wanted to take the stroller seat out to make sure on time it’s clean and everything. The seat is discolored, I thought it’s dusty which it made no sense because the seat was covered with a plastic bag inside my baby’s wardrobe. If the seat is “dusty” the clothes would be too right?! So I tried to wash it off and it didn’t come off, it’s still the same. On my question how to store it otherwise I didn’t get the answer, because the stroller seat was staying in a dark place out of sunlight covered in a bag! And of course 1 year warranty has been expired so they basically said I have to purchase the stroller material myself. Everything happens when warranty expires. And I already know the baby jogger’s response what will be:

The Baby Jogger City Select 2 Stroller, Eco Collection, is a modular stroller with up to 24 configurations. It converts from a single stroller to a double or even a triple with a second seat, infant car seat or glider board (all sold separately). It’s nice and compact, too: it folds 25% smaller than the market-leading single-to-double stroller. Does the seat lay completely flat when reclined?
The seat will recline flat, however, the seat and the footrest are one piece, so it is not completely flat like a bassinet. If you are wanting to use the stroller for a baby under 6 months Baby Jogger advises using the car seat adapter or purchasing the bassinet separately.

"Single to Double" is a false advertisement.
Major regret buying a Baby Jogger stroller. We also purchased the Infant Go City carseat so we could grow into this with two kids. Purchased the infant car seat adapter separately on Amazon - the car seat has to be seated at the top with the adapter.
However, now with two kids and trying to use this stroller it is absolutely NOT FUNCTIONAL FOR TWO!! We can still use it to push an infant car seat but the stroller does not come with an appropriate adapter for the seat that it already comes with to attach to the bottom to make it 2-kid friendly. Absolutely useless and defeats the purpose. False advertisement on Baby Joggers end as they show "single to double."
I called in to support and was advised I could buy the "second seat kit" which comes with an adapter... but why would I buy an entire kit for $200+ that comes with another seat when I already have the seat.

Disappointed to say the least
I have used this stroller for less than 1.5 years and the recline lever broke. I was told I have to buy a $225 seat to fix something that broke that I had nothing to do with. We got this stroller because we wanted our kids close in age, I am currently due in November and was already intending on purchasing the second seat for our new baby. So essentially that’s going to be $450 in seats since we were going to get one anyways for the new baby which is the same price of a different stroller brand! I am utterly disappointed with the lack of “customer support” I received.

Great stroller but alreayd discont. attachments
I bought this new in 2022, paid $1000, planning to add an additional kid at some point and purchasing due to the ability to add the second seat. Since my purchase, I've found I don't ever use it. Now that my little is old enough for snacks, I contact Baby Jogger to inquire about purchasing snack trays. They don't make them.....Conversation below.

My Go-to stroller
I’ve had this stroller and been using it as a double for 7 months now. Everyone tells you a tandem is hard to push but I have had no trouble this the City Select. My kids are exactly 2 years apart in age. The fold is easy and I love all the storage basket space. I currently own 4 strollers ( 3 doubles) and this is the one I keep in my vehicle and use the most.
My only cons are that it does not have a standing fold, I wish the canopies were a bit longer (compared to others I’ve used but they are sufficient) and I wish they had the bench option their Lux model use to have.

Not great for taller babies
I wanted to love this, and I did until our little one old got too tall. We used this stroller with the car seat and the seat it came with and loved it. Our baby is on the taller side and I’m realizing he won’t be able to use it much longer. His head hits the top of the seat canopy, abs he’s only 13 months! Wish the leg extender concept was applied to the entire seat. For an expensive product I was hoping I’d get more use out of it.

Some accessories are impossible to find
This stroller was a gift off my registry for my first baby. I wanted something that grew with my family, but I didn't want the Uppababy. 8 months later, I am regretting my choice. While I love the stroller, the lack of accessories is ridiculous. Everything is out of stock, and when you call customer service they tell you that it won't be coming back into stock. When I called recently about the snack tray, I was emailed a link to Amazon sellers who were certified by Baby Jogger. As I looked at these options, I realized they wanted almost double the price. When I said that to the customer service representative, she simply told me "well if you want it, that is how you'll have to get it". Zero concern that it was more expensive. Don't bother spending your money on a company that can't keep their accessories in stock. If you don't believe me, check all of the Facebook groups of people begging to find accessories.

Great stroller, basket needs work
Good stroller, easy to use and comfortable to push. Straps and seat easy to adjust. Only have one baby so can't comment on the double stroller feature. Docking a star for the flimsy basket attachments. These repeatedly fell off their hooks with small loads and one of them frayed and snapped within 3 months of use. Not sure what they were thinking making these attach at this angle.
