TLDR: Bad experience with company that doesn't know what they're doing, multiple same brand products do not fit together.
I wanted to love this brand and their products, but... I bought their older model car seat right before their new models were released, and also their Bob stroller. Was told by a company representative that the older Gen2 car seat did in fact fit their new model Brook+ stroller with an adapter. I order the new stroller and come to find that is not true. There is no adapter. They offered me 20% off a new car seat for my trouble, but that newer Willow car seat does not fit my other Bob stroller because they do not have an adapter for that either, and therefore I would need two different car seats for two different strollers. So now I am stuck trying to pack up and send back this stroller that I cannot get back in the box. What kind of a product development department doesn't think to make their own products fit correctly with each other? I would have waited and bought their newer line, or perhaps they could send me a complimentary Willow car seat since they seem to have given their whole system away to many multiple people in exchange for positive reviews on other websites. I guess keeping around their previous paying customers just isn't as important to them. Super disappointed!

Bad experience, nothing fits!

Low quality, do not recommend
The foam on the handle is super cheap and already looks crappy after 1 month of use. It is a super bumpy ride even on smooth sidewalks and the tires are already smooth/lost all the traction after 1 month because they are so low quality. I had a c section and have used it only for short walks about 2 days a week. Also, the cup holder/organizer falls off half the time when I put a cup in it. Absolutely not worth the money.
