This stroller cannot hold two infant car seats or two bassinets.

Is this stroller compatible with Nuna Pipa infant car seats? Can two be placed at the same time?
You can use a specific Baby Jogger car seat adapter to fit the Nuna Pipa car seat, but the double stroller is not designed to hold two car seats simultaneously.
What bassinet attachment can be used with this? I was searching but can’t find any that specifically say they work with this stroller?

It's only compatible with the Graco SnugRide SnugLock 35 Platinum, 35 Elite and SnugRide Click Connect 35 LX car seats.

This is not a jogging stroller so you can't use it to run with your babies.

Baby Jogger prams seamlessly connect with this stroller. For your little one's safety, it is best not to use prams manufactured by other brands.

Major headache!
I am so far EXTREMELY disappointed with the purchase of my city mini GT2 double stroller and I haven’t even gotten a chance to take my kids in it yet. BUYER BEWARE!! It does not come with the attachment for an infant car seat, only the single stroller does. It is also NOT compatible with the car seat attachments from the single stroller AND you can’t buy the attachments anywhere compatible with the baby jogger car seat?! How does that make any sense when it’s the same brand?! Had to pay extra to find it second hand. Now I come to find out it also doesn’t come with a snack tray and baby jogger has discontinued it. Again. Came with the single but you are out of luck if you want any accessories for the double. If your kid needs to snack, if you have to attach a baby jogger infant car seat DO NOT BUY!!!!

I bought this four years ago and it did not hold up well, the canopies are all shredded and tattered and I am embarrased to use it anymore. The stroller is quite pricey but does not seem to be a quality purchase at all. In addition, the customer service department could really use improvement. I attempted to order a replacement wheel numerous times, and each time they tell me they will be getting that part in a few months.. I am fed up with waiting on hold for another representative to tell me he cannot be of assistance. I regret this purchase.

Best double stroller ever
This stroller is outstanding! We had it for two years, and when it was stolen from our garage, we decided to try another brand (Zoe). That turned out to be such a downgrade that we returned it and bought this stroller again. It’s fantastic for off-roading and can even handle stairs with ease. The ergonomic handlebar is a big plus, unlike many double strollers, and it’s so easy to steer with one hand. The engineers who designed this stroller are geniuses and we love them.

Great combo of quality and utility.
Purchased and returned several other twins strollers due to being too heavy and clunky or too lightweight and cheap. This is the perfect combination of weight and quality. Additionally it glides while being pushed with my 3 year old twin on-board. They can climb in and out fairly easy which is important on our walks with their limited attention span. "I want to walk", "now I want to get back in". The suspension system helps to smooth out the sidewalks and roads. We have not run with the stroller as we were just looking for a more high quality walking stroller. Finally, the ability for the kiddos to lay flat AND have an oversized canopy to keep them out of the sun is great. One issue we did have though is the bracket for one of the sun shades does not stay clipped into the frame very well.

Faulty Frame
I have contacted customer service on the faulty frame 3 times and filed a warranty claim with a video and have yet to receive any follow up communication. Terrible customer service experience, and terrible communication, and product. This product is not safe.

Overall great stroller!
I like this stroller! It's not too wide and pretty sturdy and smooth. 2 things I don't like: I don't like that I cannot use the canopy to cover my baby completely when the carseat is attached, the canopy actually has to be removed to attach the infant carseat which really sucks! So I have to use a blanket if I want my baby completely covered. I also don't like that it is difficult to use the canopy on the other side (where my toddler sits) when the infant carseat is attached. It's just difficult to get the canopy down all the way when the infant carseat is in place, which is ridiculous. Overall a great stroller!

Stroller good but hope you don't want accessories
Extremely disappointed in this product for the sure fact that they do not make accessories to fit and past photos are false advertisement. I have 2 kids 16 months apart and while the stroller itself is great, due to false advertisement - they do not make a bassinet (pram) attachment, belly bar, or snack trays. Also, if you thought you could clip in an infant seat like I did with my single stroller - WRONG AGAIN.
I even bought the Baby Jogger Summit stroller of FB Marketplace and while I don't like how close the seats are to each other (no leg room), I make due because this double stroller is only practical for a short period of time.
I warn all my mom friend's to look elsewhere elsewhere for a long term stroller. I reached out to customer service and overall am disappointed.

Love it
love it it fits my 4 year old perfectly and its easy to push even with both my 4 yr old and 1 year old on. They also sleep in in comfortably because the seats recline a lot. Love the leg rest for my younger on. Only minus is that the stroller is quite heavy its self

Wheeless wonder 10/10
I’ve been a baby jogger stroller fan for almost 10 years. But now I’m absolutely sold. I’ve had this stroller for 4 years with my twins. It’s our ride or die. Our Disney,zoo, all event stroller. Today we really put it to the test. We went to the county fair. We did not realized until strolling thru the parking lot (bumpy, rocky parking lot) and entering the gates that WE WERE MISSING A FRONT WHEEL!!!! I’m pretty sure that it’s in our garage, maybe the lock came off in the parking lot and we lost it in the rocky terrain. But as long as the heavier town was on the side with a wheel, you’d literally never know. Now i hope i can find said wheel …. And try to top this story. I filed a missing stroller wheel at lost and found at the county fair…. They wanted to give me a prize for weirdest report. Anyway this stroller is a beast. So easy to push, even if you’re missing a wheel… 10/10 recommend

We bought this stroller to bring on a month long trip to Costa Rica with our 6 month old and 2 year old. It was incredible! We took it on all kinds of terrain, including several hikes, and it was very easy to maneuver. Narrow enough to fit through a doorway, it even went across the hanging bridges in La Fortuna.
The only downsides are that the buckles are pretty annoying and it’s hard to put larger items in the basket at the bottom. But even knowing this, I would still buy it again!
