Description
Designed to grow with your child, this 3-in-1 car seat is user-friendly at every turn. It switches from rear-facing (4-40 lbs) to forward-facing (up to 65 lbs) to a booster seat (up to 100 lbs) with the touch of a button. And installing is a cinch with one-click LATCH connectors.
For easier transitions in and out of the seat, the spring assist harness keeps straps in place and the flip-away buckle won’t get in the way. The ClipQuik auto-magnetic chest clip is also simple to open with one hand, but hard for kids to unbuckle. (These features are the biggest difference between this seat and the Pria 3-in-1 Car Seat.)
The seat adjusts with three recline positions and five headrest positions (the harness automatically adjusts with the headrest) to help you get the perfect positioning for your child.
For safety, Air Protect cushions with GCell foam protect your child’s head from side impact where it’s needed most. This car seat is backed by years of European engineering and exceeds all federal standards.
This seat is decked out for comfort with premium fabrics and plenty of cushioning (including infant pillows for extra support). Maxi-Cosi has also made this car seat easy to keep clean: fabric covers are machine washable and dryer safe and the removable cup holders are dishwasher-safe.

The Maxi Cosi website says all colors are PureCosi fabric, which contradicts your expert answer on a previous customer question. Do you sell a different Pria Max than what is available on the Maxi Cosi website since theirs are all PureCosi fabric?

The Maxi-Cosi Pria Max All-in-One Convertible Car Seat doesn't utilize a separate base. The seat itself will install in the vehicle and is not designed to be used as a carrier.
Is this car seat okay to use for a newborn straight out of the hospital?
Have the carseat rear-facing from 5–40 lbs or from 19"–40".
Is this compatible with the Peri 360 base?
The Pria Max is designed to be used with its own base and doesn't work with the Peri 360 base.

Sharp plastic!!!
As grandparents we chose to have a car seat ourselves to make it easier to pick up our grandchildren as needed. Overall a good car seat, the finish on the plastic parts is weak. Where you have to reach to put a seatbelt or other securing parts be ready to scratch your hands on the sharp unfinished plastic.

Very unstable
The rear high strap connects to an anchor point typically on the rear of the seat. To tighten said strap, instead of pulling away (giving you maximum leverage) you must awkwardly force the strap downwards where the locking pin interferes with getting it to synch. The side anchor straps is actually one strap that has 3 tails, making it impossible to tighten all 3 directions causing sloppiness in seat-to-car connection and extremely dangerous if the vehicle experiences any whipping motion.

Hope to use for years to come
I received this car seat as part of a parent review panel in exchange for my review. Overall i think it is a great convertible car seat. It is a bit bulky and had we had a little trouble installing it, but it took less than 30 minutes to get it in and adjusted the first time and less than 15 the second time. It looks really nice and sturdy, I think I will get several years of use out of it. While it is bigger than my infant seat, my baby seems comfortable and a lot less hot in it. Her back wasn't sweating after an hour long drive in traffic. The buckles are really easy to use. I like the multi position recline, it will make it easier to keep her rear facing longer.

Easy to use, but bulky
This car seat was incredibly easy to use, from adjusting it prior to installation, to installation, and putting my child in and removing them. It also comes with a quick install guide which is nice (but still read the full manual!) The only minor downside is that it is quite large & bulky compared to some others on the market, which can be challenging especially when rear facing (and having tall parents).

Luxury Car Seat for Precious Cargo!
I am so happy that I received the Maxi Cosi Pria Max 3 in 1Convertible Car Seat from the WeeSpring Parent Panel for Testing! We were in the market for another car seat, and this one far exceeded our expectations. We have been pretty loyal to another brand, but our perspectives have totally changed. The install was the easiest we've done by far! It feels so sturdy and strong that I know my child will be safe in it. The extra padding makes it extra cozy, too. The harness and headrest were super simple to adjust and get a good fit. The magnetic chest clip gave me that extra feeling of security. The fabric is extremely easy to remove and wash for the inevitable messes that littles create! Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the market for a new car seat! You won't be disappointed by the added features that make this such a luxurious seat for our most precious cargo!

Luxurious fabric and cushion.
I received this car seat as part of the WeeSpring Parent Panel. This carseat hasn't had much use yet as I am currently using our portable carseat that attaches to the stroller for my daughters first couple months but am hoping to switch over to it permanently here soon (once baby can hold her head up and it's easier getting her in and out). It is much more cushioned than my sons Graco carseat and much easier to tighten down. It does seem pretty large, which gives my tall husband less room to scoot his seat back (we have a toddler too, so 2 carseats in the back). So far we love it though and can't wait to use it more.

A+ Car Seat
If you are looking for a car seat that is easy to use and comfortable for baby – look no further! Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for providing me with this Infant Car Seat. My baby is currently three months old and has been using this seat for about three weeks. My favorite feature of this car seat is the different reclining positions. It can be sat up straight or slightly tilted while my baby is awake or it can be completely reclined while my baby is sleeping so that he is comfortable no matter the occasion. Installation was very easy to complete – not any harder than any other car seat. The harness and headrest were very easy to use as well. I had no problems getting my infant in and out of this car seat. I was able to adjust the headrest slightly as needed. The magnetic chest clip is fantastic – very convenient and requires little effort. I also loved the fabric of this seat. Very soft and my baby seems to be quite comfortable every time he's in it. I honestly haven't really found anything that I don't like about this car seat.

Convenience to the MAX
I was given this Infant Car Seat to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. All of the small inconveniences you may find with a car seat are addressed and eliminated with the Pria Max 3-in-1 Convertible Car Seat from Maxi Cosi. My favorite feature (aside from obvious safety feature importance) has to be the strap and buckle design. The lower buckle has a removable padded piece that holds it forward when not in use. This adds a comfort feature for my daughter as well as an incredible convenience when putting her in the seat. The shoulder straps are also innovative, in that the pads are attached to the back. They stick out a little when not in use to further simplify the process of putting the child in the seat. It also saves time on repositioning the pads every time you put the child in or take them out. Additionally, there are convenient clips on the sides to hold the shoulder straps out of the way when not in use. The chest clip is magnetic, which I've found to be somewhat more convenient than the usual buckle. Install was easy using the latch system in my vehicle. The car seat itself seemed big, but once it was installed and tightened it allowed the front seat to be in the same position as it was. I find that when my daughter falls asleep in the seat, she looks very comfortable. The fabric and design are beautiful and classy. I have not had to remove the seat cover to wash yet, but it looks very easy. The cup holders are shallow but in a great position for easy access. I love that they screw out for easy cleaning. The headrest is easy to adjust and the straps adjust right along with it. Finally, I must mention the safety features which are, of course, most important. In addition to comfort, the padded seat and sides provide tremendous impact safety, even from the side collisions. The car seat seems taller than some, which isn't surprising as this car seat works up to 10 years old. I'm looking forward to many more years with this car seat!

Safe and sleek
I received the Pria Max 3-in-1 Convertible Car Seat as part of the weeSpring parent panel and what an awesome convertible car seat. The car seat is neutral colored black and grey and soft and comfortable. My husband installed the car seat with in minutes both rear facing for our 2 month old and forward facing for our 2 year old. This car seat is extremely easy to convert and adjust the harness and headrest. Plus my sons both rode safe in their different positions. My 2 year old especially likes that he can reach snacks in the cups. This is a great looking, functional, and very safe car seat.

Love the design but packaging needs to be improved
We love the design and the comfortness that provides to the baby but the packaging really needs to be improved. The cars eat didn't have any plastic bag, wrapping protection or any cushion at all when we opened it. It just sit inside the cardboard box by itself and that's it. Installation guide and safety card were randomly thrown in the box. I understand that this will save lots of wastes, help the environment and it will not affect the safety of this car seat but I just don't feel like this is what a infant car seat should be in a parent's perspective. I am not sure how other Maxi-Cosi products packages are like but this one I had is definitely not okay for me.
