Description

Add the Maxi-Cosi Infant Car Seat Base to your family’s second car, so you only need to move the lightweight infant car seat between the two.

The base is adjustable to ensure a proper fit in your vehicle, with a self-retracting one-click LATCH system for easy installation. The anti-rotation stability leg limits back and forth movement for maximum head and neck protection and the red-to-green tightness indicators provide visual confirmation of accurate installation, whether using vehicle belt or LATCH installation.

The base also features an integrated belt lockoff for easy and secure seat belt installation.

Does not get tight in the seat
The self adjusting LATCH connectors don't get tight. The base has a built in gauge to show if it is tight enough in the seat. No matter what I do the LATCH adjuster will not pull tight enough to keep the indicators in the green. Because of this the base is very loose and unsafe. I wish they had a normal LATCH tightness adjustment with a manual action, instead of an automatic action that does not perform properly. We are getting a base with a manual LATCH adjustment instead.
