Not worth the price
It's a one time use. ....They don't get warm..... They don't fit right. Not worth the price. .. they are pointless...... would never use it again.

Very much recommend
Before the use of the instant heat breast warmers I wasn’t able to fill up a bottle. I warmed these up in boiling water and they instantly had my milk flow. Having to boil them in order to reuse is sometimes an inconvenience but not horrible. They are decent in size big enough of DD . I would recommend this product.

If you think they will heat up they don’t
They do not heat up properly at all they are basically room temp

Maybe works?
I appreciate that Frida is working to help postpartum moms! I had several clogged ducts with previous children, but just had my first clog from my most recent child.
These cost about $20 and are reusable multiple times, so I think the price is fair. I only needed to use the small patch for my clog, but tried to position the large patch on myself to see how it might work. Unless you are able to recline or hold the patch on yourself, it will likely not stay. I had to hold the smaller one on myself, otherwise it started to slip and move far enough away from my skin that the heat was ineffective.
The heat aspect leaves a lot to be desired. I've used hand warmers that get warmer than these patches. I did not feel any instant relief.
In the end, my clog disappeared. Whether it's simply from my baby nursing or because of the added pseudo-warmth, it's hard to tell.
This may be nice for someone with regular and/or larger clogs, or someone who needs extra help while on the go. I will probably personally stick to using a warmer compress or shower.

Not great for small breasts
I tried this product and had no luck with it. The warmers didn’t stay together or wrap around my breast well. I do have smaller breasts, so that may not have helped the issue. I do think the science behind them is really cool!

You will need to boil them to reuse!
I wasn’t sure what to expect from these, they were very interesting. They didn’t heat up as much as I had hoped, but they did a very good job at relieving my soreness. I really like the way they heat up, and what they’re made out of. They seem very affective for what they’re made for.

Great product for mommy's
I love it. They are comfortable to use, inbox you have 2 sizes (small and large), so they gonna fit you for sure. They are non toxic, BRA Free, reusable up to 30 uses.

Amazing!!
These breast warmers are amazing! They keep the heat well and they do so well at helping my milk flow! I love that you can use the small ones and large ones together or separately. Totally recommend!!

Easy to use and reusable!
I am nursing my 4th baby so I know what to do when I have a clogged duct and applying heat with these warmers was easy, quick, and had me past my clog fast! They are easy to use and are reusable, which makes them an awesome tool for any breastfeeding mama that may have to get over a clog themself!
I didn’t love the shape of them though. I found the big peace to be a little bit strange to fit on my boob, but used the little pieces for targeted heat!
