How would I know what size I need ?
Regular is for a bra size C and smaller, with an areola size of less than 2". The XL is for bra size C or more and an areola size of more than 2".
What is the size difference between regular and xl?

Choose Another Brand
I haven’t used this product BUT I’d like to warn anyone out there weighing their options on which silver nursing cup to choose. Upon inspection, I noticed one of the nipple cups had dirt/fingerprints on it. This was a sealed product, assuming from the manufacturer. I’m pretty grossed out since this product is supposed to be used on my body and isn’t cheap by any means. Babylist’s return policy will not accept it as a return because I opened the plastic film. All very unfortunate from start to finish.

Get these!
These were so helpful with beginning my nursing journey. I had my first baby 2 months ago and don’t know if I would have been able to continue breastfeeding without these. I wore them always, unless I was nursing or in the shower. They kept my skin from rubbing. Even the soft nursing bras would irritate and chafe. I cannot recommend enough.

Soothing!
These are surprisingly effective at soothing my sore nips! I haven’t tried the other brands but the metal percentages (925) are the same as the silverettes so I assume they function and feel the same.
