I made the mistake of not reading reviews before buying this, especially since my sister had the older version, which was great. I thought the new version would be just as good, but I'm really disappointed.
The new chair has no footrest at all, unlike the old version which had a non-adjustable one. I didn’t realize this from the product description or photos, and now there’s no way to add a footrest. The lack of such a basic feature is a huge inconvenience. The magnetic tray is nice, but it doesn’t make up for the other flaws. I really regret this purchase.

Magnetic Tray is a gimmick. DO NOT BUY
I bought this highchair thinking it would be perfect for my baby but I was very wrong. The magnetic tray is a headache. Your baby will eventually learn to use regular metallic utensils before they outgrow the chair- then the utensils will stick to the tray and interfere with mealtime. You are lying to yourself if you think you will only buy 4moms utensils

High chair!
I bought this high chair a few weeks ago, came within a day, super quick delivery time! Easy to assemble and my 2 month old loves it! We put her in it when we do dishes or cook and she loves being at our level to watch and absorb everything! Only reason it isn’t a 5/5 is it is a little tough to move around, there isn’t a great place to pick it up from (where I go to pick it up has the adjustment buttons). But not too bad of a hindrance.

Way too expensive for what you’re getting
I’m writing this review after cleaning up one of the many messes my toddler has made after figuring out how to kick her foot at the handle that unlatches the tray and her food goes all over the floor. Iv been using this highchair for 2 years and I can honestly say that for the price your money can be better spent elsewhere. This chair also doesn’t come with a foot rest which I didn’t realize was an important feature until after purchasing this. It takes up a lot of space. The legs kind of stick out so my toddler has tripped while running past this many times. The only and best part about this chair in my opinion is the easy clean up. Very disappointing especially because it’s so expensive.

Poor Quality
Im a returning customer. I’ve bought the previous model high chair and I used it with my previous 3 kids. It was a great chair. Well built, high quality, great feel when touching the materials used. By the time the 3rd child outgrew the chair, the seating pad/foam was a little out of shape, so we discarded the chair. We didn’t plan on having the 4th child, but God blessed is a few years later with another handsome baby boy. So I returned to 4moms to buy the same high chair, the one I was so happy to use with my previous kids. I noticed a little design difference, but I figured the quality must be the same, so I ordered the chair. As soon as it arrived, I started assembling it and it felt flimsy, bad quality and definitely not the same as before. I am disappointed that they’ve ruined a perfectly great product and stated selling a cheap chair. They’re now just using the 4moms brand to push low quality products at high prices. SEARCH FOR OTHER QUALITY BRANDS.

No footrest = deal breaker
Love the chair but it’s missing a footrest. We purchased without realizing and unfortunately even though we loved the chair, we need to return it.

Repeat DO NOT BUY THIS
I was told someone is chatting with me but guess what zero info from the 4 moms team except that rude customer lady,literally about to throw away our high chair that was $300 just because we don't have the receipt and it was a gift .So bummed with 4moms and their communication, did not expect that from such a big company like this. PEOPLE STAY AWAY

Terrible customer service, no help if you don't have the receipt, the high was a gift to us so we of course don't have the receipt and the lady I talked to was really unprofessional and rude,they don't really care about safety of our kids ,what can I do with a broken chair but dump it,not what you want for $300+ chair

It used to be better made
Poor quality, with my other 2 kids: 8 and 4 years ago this chair was better made. Now the table is hard to put on and off. The whole chair is shaking, like designed to fall. The only better part is the insert that makes it more comfortable.

NOT worth it
This chair is no where near worth $300 or even $200. It’s not stable and inconvenient that it doesn’t have wheels to move around the kitchen. I feel like when my baby gets more wild, this chair will be dangerous to have him in. The seat is suppose to recline, but that mechanism creates a very unstable environment in the chair. It rattles a lot.
