4moms Swings and Bouncers don’t require the Newborn Insert; it’s intended to make them more comfortable. The fabric is reversible with a multi-colored pattern on one side and silver plush fabric on the reverse.
Note: the Multi Plush and Cool Mesh colors are compatible with: the MamaRoo4 only.

Amazing
My baby was 3 weeks old when i ourchased this and now she is almost 8 weeks old and still loves it,its super soft and has great support.

The worst store ever!
“I placed an order on January 5th, and I still haven’t received anything or even heard back from you. This is by far the worst store I’ve ever dealt with. I strongly advise against ordering from here. You claimed you were doing stock recalculations until January 7th but didn’t bother informing your customers. If you knew there might be delays, why not communicate this? Absolutely unacceptable service!”

No item needed; but great customer service.
The item received was not what I needed, however; when I called customer service about the issue, they were AWESOME in assisting me and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I would highly recommend them. Even though the item didn't work, I only received positive feedback from their team with going above and beyond to help me with the issues

Good for 0-2 months
Nice quality. Just too short length wise for a 3 month old. Her head comes up too far on the head bolster.

Probably wasn’t necessary
So the insert is necessary, especially if you wanna put a newborn in the (mama roo or the other one), but it is also not enough cushion and I find myself still having to pad and I have a 90th percentile baby. Also why do a lot of baby’s hate the equipment? Y'all need to go back to the drawing board.

Should not be sold separately
Should not have to purchase separately. Newborn inserts have been coming with baby the items since the beginning of time.

Thought the back could have had a little more padding. Other than the head cushion, I don’t feel like this adds much in terms of more support.
