Ergonomically terrible. Can push it about a half mile before I’m in pain. I’m in generally fine shape, 6’2”, exercise frequently.
The handle is way too short, way too narrow, and my feet hit the back of the stroller. I’ll push it a half mile with 2 30lb kids in it, wonder why I’m in pain, then stop and walk normally and I’m fine in a few minutes.
Shockingly bad for a $1500 stroller. I think they took zero time to consider ergonomics.

Have to Remove Seats to Fold
This is a big and heavy wagon that might not fit in your car. It looks really cool though. My biggest complaint is that you have to remove the seats in order to fold it up and the 3D video animation on their website shows it folding up with the seats installed. There's no mention of this in the instruction manual either so I was wrestling with the thing trying to fold it up until I searched the internet and found I had to remove the seats. Apparently the older four seater wagons fold up without you having to remove the seats so I'm not sure why this more expensive VW wagon doesn't work the same way. The rechargeable working headlights are a nice touch.

Disappointed in the size & weight, hard to manage
As a VW fan I was so excited to purchase this for me and my kiddos. It’s bulky, heavy, hard to push and hard to manage. I feel like the seats are hard to manage also. It’s really large to fit it my trunk even condensed down and I have a van. I wish it were lighter weight and more thought through in design and use.

Beautiful AND Functional!
I’m incredibly happy with this wagon! It’s absolutely adorable and quite literally a head turner. Beyond being beautiful in appearance though, it’s also super functional. It’s spacious and there is plenty of room for my 1, 2, and 6 year old children. Plus room to spare for gear and a cooler!
So far we’ve mostly used it on hiking trails and the all-terrain wheels are large and impressive. We never get stuck in loose gravel or sandy soil like we did with our old wagon. The wheels go right over bumps, rocks, and tree roots. The headlights help with visibility in areas with heavy tree coverage and aren’t just for show.
Unfolding and getting the kids loaded up is quick and simple. It easily unfolds in seconds. I love the adjustable canopy. It makes it easy to give coverage from the sun from any direction plus I’m pleased that my tall 6 year old fits underneath it too.
The storage in this wagon is impressive. There are SO many useful pockets! I don’t even need to bring a diaper bag anymore because everything fits so nicely with out it.
Everything feels well made and durable from the fabric to the frame to the harnesses and buckles. I’m confident that this wagon will last far beyond our family’s needs.

We love it!
We LOVE this wagon. We had the W4 luxe before this one. The Volkswagen look is so cute and we get asked about it everywhere we go. Perfect for the zoo, shopping, family trips, and camping. The space is a lifesaver for traveling and the kids love it!
