Description
Part of the Maxi-Cosi Kindred Collection, the Tana features a 360° rotation that lets little ones see the world from two different perspectives. As the handlebar lifts and rotates 360°, they can face you or the road ahead while riding in the stroller seat, infant car seat or Carriage Accessory (Carriage Accessory sold separately).
The parent cup holder fits up to a 20 oz tumbler and swivels to keep your drink from tipping when you lift the handlebar to rotate the seat. When you’re finished with your stroll, the bumper bar swings away, making it easy to get little passengers in and out.
The Tana is designed with EcoCare, a premium 100%-recycled fabric made from plastic bottles that’s soft and breathable. The frame’s smooth contours are crafted from aluminum and magnesium.
The easy-access storage basket smoothly flips down and closes up to secure your accessories. The canopy offers UPF 50 protection from the sun, while the mesh peek-a-boo window provides ventilation. The 3-position recline has an adjustable footrest for added comfort and for grown-ups of all heights, a three-position handlebar.
The included infant car seat adapters are compatible with the Peri 180° Rotating Infant Car Seat and Maxi-Cosi Mico Infant Car Seats (sold separately).

Q&A
Thank you for your question! This one does not convert into a double.
It doesn't fold with the adapters on. Only the cup holder and bumper bar can remain attached while folding.
Customer reviews
I really enjoy this stroller. It is by far one of the smoothest strollers I've ever pushed. It handled the cracked city sidewalks where I live incredibly well. It was very easy to maneuver. I was extremely impressed with its performance on different terrains (grass, concrete, etc.). The suspension is remarkable.
I think the 360° rotation feature is very unique. The rotation feature is easy and seamless. I look forward to taking more advantage of it once my baby is big enough to sit in the seat, as opposed to the bassinet. I think it will definitely come in handy when he wants to be able to look out and see his surroundings, but then falls asleep, at which time I would want to rotate him to face me.
The stroller is also very sleek and modern looking, which I appreciate. The fabrics are very soft, and seemed easily cleanable. I appreciate that the stroller comes with a cup holder and car seat adapters, as some other brands require you to purchase these accessories separately.
The stroller was very simple to assemble. I was able to assemble it on my own, in under 10 minutes.
The only con for me is the size of the storage basket. I wish it was a little larger so that it could hold more of our essentials.
All in all, I am extremely impressed with this stroller and would definitely recommend.
The most unique feature is the 360 rotation. This is great if your little one falls asleep easily in the stroller (as all three of my kiddos have). While they are awake they can face out and see the world and while they are sleeping you can swing the stroller around to face you so that you can keep an eye on them. This feature is easy to use and definitely sets this stroller apart from others we have used.
We have used both the bassinet and the seat. The basinet is very large and can easily fit my 5-month old with room to spare. It has a wide-opening and easy zip-off top so easy to adjust based on weather/your needs. The seat has the 3-position recline which also gives plenty of options. There is a smoothly telescoping sun shade and adjustable foot rest which makes it comfortable for babies/kiddos of all sizes and offers some protection from the elements.
There is a basket underneath for storage. The space is fairly sizable and mostly covered so things don't go flying out from the basket (as they have with other strollers I used). If anything the storage could be a little bigger - but I suppose I always wish for more storage for all my stuff everywhere I go. There is also a cupholder on the side which is a nice spot for the much-needed coffee cup or water bottle.
I would say that the only real downside here is that the whole thing is fairly large and heavy. The cup-holder, while handy, adds extra width too. I would say larger and heavier than others I have used. Depending on where and how you are using this, that may or may not be an issue. But if you need to maneuver in tight city spaces or constantly lift in and out of a trunk it is worth considering.
If you are in the market for a high-use multi-functional stroller this would be a great choice. The design is stylish and very neutral. The features are well thought out and highly functional!
I was given this stroller to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
The fabric of the stroller is top notch. I love the modern look of the stroller. One of my favorite features has to be the magnetic clip on the harness. It is so nice!
The stroller has a large basket for storage. I love how to basket has a magnetic flap to keep your items even more secure.
The included parent cup holder fits a wide variety of cups. We have used a few different strollers in the past and have faced difficulties with our cups fitting. So functioning parent cup holders are big deal for our family.
The shade on the stroller has proved very effective for our child. I really appreciate how the shade has an extension panel. We have used the extension on the shade numerous time when our child falls asleep.
The wheels are rubber, and work great. We have used our stroller in many terrains. From walks around the neighborhood, to the mall. They work perfect, and provide such a smooth ride for baby.
I think the only negative thing about this stroller is the folding mechanism. It took both my husband and I awhile to figure it out. The handle down fold down to allow easier transport. However like mentioned earlier, it does take practice! I also wish the stroller had came with an infant tray/cup holder instead of the belly bar. Even with those couple of drawbacks I would highly recommend this stroller to anybody in the market for an amazing rotating stroller!
I received this Maxi Cosi Tana 360 modular stroller from the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest opinion.
We love this stroller for our baby. Some of its best features are the 360 degree rotation of the seat and the ease of attaching different seats/bassinet features and folding the stroller for transport. The 360 degree rotation of the seat is incredibly easy and can be done in less than 2 seconds in the midst of a walk. I use this feature all the time during stroller walks to keep the sun off my baby’s face as we walk in different directions. My husband also enjoys that the push handle adjusts to be extra long for his stride with just one click of a button.
The stroller folds and unfolds very easily too, making it a cinch to transport in the car.
We have a car seat that is compatible with this stroller, in addition to a bassinet attachment. Both of these are super easy to attach to the stroller and change out as desired. The regular seat reclines at a few different angles, which is nice for baby, and the foot rest is a good feature.
I have used it on a few different terrain types, including asphalt, packed sandy path, and packed gravel. Although the ride over broken asphalt is a bumpy one, the stroller still navigates easily and keeps on rollin’!
There is a cup holder attached to the push handle, which is nice, although it is not big enough to accommodate a standard insulated water bottle. The sun canopy also doesn’t lock in place, so I have found that if the ride is bumpy or windy, the canopy will retract on its own. These are minor issues to improve upon perhaps, but overall we love this stroller and would strongly recommend it.
The stroller design is modern and chic while also being very durable. I like how sturdy the stroller is engineered. It also has an excellent push over different terrain and is extremely easy to maneuver. However, the heftiness of the stroller makes it a little bit heavy when folded. The fabric of the stroller is extremely soft and luxurious. The storage basket is also huge and easy to access.
I really like that there is a three position recline so I can adjust the seat for nap time walks. The sun canopy has great coverage and a magnetized peekaboo window - it is also SPF 50 which is a huge perk! My favorite feature is the 360° rotation. I honestly didn't think I would care for this feature, but it is so convenient to easily rotate the stroller with the push of a button. I like to have my 6-month-old face me for walks, but my older kiddos like to ride facing forward. This stroller makes it convenient to accommodate each child.
I found the stroller to be a little difficult to fold. There are three separate buttons to push to fully fold the stroller which I found a little cumbersome. I also thought the stroller was big and heavy when folded. So, this probably is not the best travel stroller, but it is wonderful otherwise! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with the stroller.
This is the nicest stroller I’ve ever had the privilege of owning. The overall design of the stroller simply oozes with luxury. The fabric is high quality and is so soft. The base has a dark wooden design that gives it an upscale look and feel. The way the stroller transitions and rotates from one position to the next gives a feeling of seamless movement in every way possible. Not only do I enjoy this stroller, but so does my baby. The ride is so smooth! Very easy to push and the wheels glide with ease, even in grass or on gravel it’s easy to maneuver. I like how this stroller features magnetized enclosures for the compartments as well as the main buckle for the harness. It also has a magnet closure for the mesh window that’s built into the sun shade so you can open and close it without having to deal with a zipper. The main handlebar can be extended and I see this being a wonderful option for someone who is taller, or if you want to position the stroller a little farther and it makes walking/exercising with this stroller even more enjoyable. I found myself using the 3-position recline on the seat during my very first walk with my baby because in the beginning he wanted to see all the sights and sounds and then when he became sleepy, I was able to adjust according to his comfort level. My favorite thing about this stroller is the 360° rotation feature. Being able to rotate the seat depending on the situation is a game changer. I was able to easily use the rotation feature and face him towards me. This makes life so much easier when your baby is being fussy or clingy and all they want is to look at mom. I absolutely love this stroller so much and I can see myself holding onto it for a very long time and even using it for when I (hopefully) have grandchildren. I only have great things to say about this stroller and I’m already looking for excuses to be able to use it whenever I’m out and about.
The Maxi-Cosi Tana 360° Rotating Modular Stroller is a good size for everyday use. The design of the stroller includes a sleek frame with a sturdy build, with wheels that allow it to be used for long walks on all types of terrains. Even when going over cobblestone or uneven NYC streets it has a smooth ride that allows our baby to have uninterrupted naps. The multiple reclining positions and the footrest are especially helpful for napping on-the-go. The stroller can also maintain an upright position so our baby can look out while we are on the move.
We love the 360 rotation and the sun canopy. Both are great options to block out the sun with minimal effort. The 360 swivel is incredibly easy to use and definitely a characteristic unique to this Maxi-Cosi. We love how effortlessly we can turn our baby around in just a couple of seconds, so they're either facing out or in, without having to pick up and rotate a seat. The sun canopy goes farther down than the ones on other strollers allowing for proper sun protection. We also love how the magnetic seat buckle makes getting our baby in and out quick and simple.
When not in use the stroller folds up easily into a compact position (with the seat still attached!) for convenient storage. There's a handle too which is a nice touch for ease of transportation.
For us the biggest downside of this stroller is the underneath basket. While the basket is a decent size, the openings to access the basket are quite narrow, making it extremely difficult to store an average sized diaper bag. It is big enough for us to throw in one-off items and has a magnetic flap which keeps items secure. Unfortunately, larger bags that might fit under other strollers don't fit under this one. We live in a large metro area where it's necessary to carry things around when we are out for long walks. The lack of a practical basket drags down our review as it's something we prioritize based on where we live.
This 360° stroller is a well-built stroller but its design is not intended for city dwellers who value storage space for bags, groceries and miscellaneous baby items.
Pros:
-Very nice looking fabric and materials
-Fabric is soft. Lining is a muslin-like fabric which seems like it would be really great for warm weather and is comfortable for winter, too
-The push is fantastic! The back wheels are huge and the suspension does a really great job
-The 360 feature is really cool. It's a very smooth process and easy to do. Helpful in that you can turn it around while your baby stays in the stroller! Easy to use if the sun is in their eyes, baby needs a reset, etc
-Comes with adapters for car seat
-Really large and easy to wipe foot rest
-Seat seems very comfortable for baby, the 3 inclines are in good spots
-The telescoping handlebar is great for many different parent heights, the lowest and highest settings are quite a bit apart!
-Storage basket has a nice cover to keep your belongings secure
-Stroller has a standing fold! And the fold functions work smoothly.
-The stroller can be folded with the seat attached!
-Folded size is really nice considering the size of the stroller
Cons:
For the price, a few features miss the mark:
-The fold requires 2 hands and 3 steps
-The basket cover limits what can fit in it--for a full size stroller, it doesn't fit larger objects such as my diaper bag
-Because of the 360 feature, you can't really use a stroller organizer hanging from the handle because it would hit the child while using the 360 feature. The included cup holder is really cool (gyroscopic!) but will not hold your water bottle if it's more than 20oz
-The seat is easy to get on and off the stroller, but it never feels quite set and has some wiggle room
-I would have liked the sun canopy to have a zip out panel to further extend it
-Harness straps are threaded which makes it annoying to change heights
Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller.
