This is the best stroller bassinet. It is wide enough and long enough that my 20lb tall baby still has lots of room. It’s much bigger and deeper than other bassinets. Our neighborhood has a lot of hills so the 360 degree turn feature is a must have for walking up and down hills. I can just easily turn the bassinet so my baby doesn’t have her head below her feet on a hill incline. It fits snugly in the stroller. Fabrics are luxury and cover is a hard shell which makes it easy to unzip one handed. Easy to take off and machine wash pad liner. Plenty of coverage. I almost never need to use the mesh insert, but it’s nice to have it as an option. And the small pocket at the foot of the bassinet is perfect for my phone and keys! Stroller does have an awkward fold. It takes some time to get used to folding and handling the stroller while folded. But I have no cons with this accessory. If you have a Tana 360 you need this! We love our 360 degree rotating stroller and the carriage is extremely easy to attach and detach from the stroller base. Being able to easily manipulate the direction baby is facing is priceless in a sunny or windy environment! Even though it is quite a large attachment, it is easy to maneuver and lift on and off and carry.
The mattress material is comfortable but firm for infant safety and I enjoyed the small storage area that Maxi Cosi creatively managed to fit in! The fabric on the mattress and pad are easy to remove and wash.
I also enjoy the cover and mesh ventilation window so that baby can enjoy the fresh air
more easily. My baby has taken many a nap in the carriage on the go!
The only thing I would suggest adding would be some sort of restraint belt or swaddle onto the pad of the bassinet. Walking up or down steep hills near my home made me a little concerned that baby was going to roll or slide too much in the bassinet.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this carriage attachment to anyone wanting to take young infants out on stroller rides.

I absolutely love this Carriage accessory! It’s beautiful, well made, and looks great with the matching stroller. It attaches to the stroller with ease, is sturdy and easy to use. It’s more than worth the price you pay for. This carriage is so useful whenever we go out and baby needs a safe place for a nap. It’s also great for tummy time during walks so our baby can look at the trees and work on making his neck muscles stronger!

The mesh privacy shade and ventilation window is great for when you need to check on baby and will be extremely useful depending on the weather situation so baby has enough ventilation during naps. The removable cover made it easy to get baby in and out of the carriage.

The materials and fabric used to make this carriage are 5 star quality. I love the touch and feel, it’s so soft and yet so comfortable for my baby, and I feel like it’s very safe for my baby to sleep in.

The added storage pouch is a great place for baby wipes, pacifier, bottles, etc.

Overall I’m very pleased with this carriage and I’m excited to bring it along with us for trips and outings!

This carriage is very luxurious. The fabric is extremely soft and cushy. The pad is machine-washable, which is great for easy clean up. It is very spacious and my baby had more than enough room and wasn't cramped at all. The protective mesh privacy shade and ventilation window are great features that will enable me to get a lot of use out of this stroller, no matter what the temperature outside is.

I love the built-in storage pouch, so I have somewhere to easily store my phone, when we are out on walks.

The carriage accessory was very easy to assemble. It is very easy to attach to the accompanying stroller.

However, I do wish the carriage accessory was safe for sleep. My baby often falls asleep while on walks, and I would love if this attachment was a suitable bassinet that he could stay in and continue to sleep safely even after our walks.

The carriage is large enough for baby to grow in over several months into young toddler. The carriage is made very well, has wonderful fabric and the cushion is very luxurious. The shade and the privacy cover helped immensely when we were going through the colder days of the month while out and about. Baby slept wonderfully and comfortably inside the carriage.

The small accessory pocket on the end was great to keep my phone in. It's not as large or as deep as I would have liked, but it is very handy. The canopy and salad the fabric is great quality. The overall structure of the carriage is very well made.

A few things of caution would be that it is fairly heavy and a little awkward for one person to attach to the stroller. I was still able to manage with slight struggle. I do like how it folds down for easy storage and transportation. However, it takes a little bit of extra strength to extend the sides while pulling the levers opposite of each other at the bottom of the carriage for setting it up. Breaking it down, was very simple.

Overall, I would recommend this stroller accessory for lengthy outings where baby needs to take a nice nap but also for comfort.

Given this is our third baby, I’ve had stroller envy over the years. One accessory that I’ve really envied has been the carriages, especially in the beginning months of a baby’s life — it’s nice to give them options for how they be strolled around, and the carriages look so luxury. I was thrilled that this Maxi-Cosi Carriage Accessory matched perfectly with our Tana 360 degree Rotating Modular Stroller - it really is such a convenient add-on. As with the stroller, the packaging is so pretty - not a requirement, but makes the purchase feel more luxury. What’s really neat about pairing the stroller with this carriage accessory is that it rotates also — so you get similar adaptability as with the main stroller device. We live in Florida, so I was worried about the heat in this one, but it includes a mesh privacy net (mosquito friendly) and ventilation window in the back to let in air on a hot day. My current youngest spits up a lot, so I’m pleased to know that I can wash the pad and liner - or else this would get ruined easily. I like that the cover snaps in and out of place, so you can easily maneuver your baby in and out of it. My baby was a little concerned about the carriage at first, but then he got used to it once he realized it was comfortable. I love that the fabric is made using recycled water bottles - a neat selling feature. The small storage pouch is nice to hold binkies, your phone, a key or something. I do wish it was a bit bigger of a pouch, but it’s not like I’d leave the house for a stroll without my diaper bag. I did read that you should only use up to when they’re 20 pounds or can push up on his hands or knees — so I’ll be interested to see how much longer I can use it. Regardless, it’s a luxury piece and really well made. Very easy to figure out how to use and snap into place on the stroller. While I wouldn't recommend strolling them in this, my toddler girls sure got a kick out of climbing into it while it was sitting in our living room. Another comment is that the accessory itself is fairly lightweight once assembled - which is a plus given the stroller itself is quite heavy. Not a reason to not get the stroller, but I did want to point it out. Another random piece of feedback is that the instruction manual says that babies shouldn’t sleep in it - which is weird to me because it seems like that’d be the point. Regardless, I’ve monitored my little guy when in it and had no problems. Otherwise, I did think that was odd. The Maxi-Cosi Tana 360° Rotating Modular Stroller is awesome.  We are using this stroller with our third and so have used other strollers before. We live in a suburban area close to a big city and use strollers for lots of walks around the neighborhood, regular errands, and the occasional walk along a bike path. The stroller glides over bumpy sidewalks, up and over curbs, and maneuvers around turns with ease.  Compared to other strollers we have used, this Maxi-Cosi is sturdy and smooth.

The most unique feature is the 360 rotation.  This is great if your little one falls asleep easily in the stroller (as all three of my kiddos have).  While they are awake they can face out and see the world and while they are sleeping you can swing the stroller around to face you so that you can keep an eye on them.  This feature is easy to use and definitely sets this stroller apart from others we have used.

We have used both the bassinet and the seat.  The basinet is very large and can easily fit my 5-month old with room to spare.  It has a wide-opening and easy zip-off top so easy to adjust based on weather/your needs.  The seat has the 3-position recline which also gives plenty of options.  There is a smoothly telescoping sun shade and adjustable foot rest which makes it comfortable for babies/kiddos of all sizes and offers some protection from the elements. 

There is a basket underneath for storage.  The space is fairly sizable and mostly covered so things don't go flying out from the basket (as they have with other strollers I used).  An added bonus for the storage is it has a "trunk flap" on one end so items stay secure underneath. If anything the storage could be a little bigger - but I suppose I always wish for more storage for all my stuff everywhere I go. There is also a cupholder on the side which is a nice spot for the much-needed coffee cup or water bottle.  

I would say that the only real downside here is that the whole thing is fairly large and heavy.  The cup-holder, while handy, adds extra width too.  I would say larger and heavier than others I have used. Depending on where and how you are using this, that may or may not be an issue.  But if you need to maneuver in tight city spaces or constantly lift in and out of a trunk it is worth considering.

If you are in the market for a high-use multi-functional stroller this would be a great choice.   The design is stylish and very neutral.  The features are well thought out and highly functional!

The Maxi-Cosi Carriage Accessory is a great addition to the Tana 360 Rotating Modular Stroller. It's very functional, pretty, comfortable, and cleanable, but does miss the mark in lacking certain features at this price point.

Pros:
-Just like the Tana, the fabrics are gorgeous. The lining is muslin-like and the pad is plush
-The pad and cover are washable!! Huge plus!
-It's easy to get on and off of the stroller with no adaptors needed
-It's a really smooth ride for baby
-It's very comfortable for baby, it's longer than some other bassinets I've used and my baby went right to sleep in the bassinet, which is a rare thing!
-It's collapsible for storage
-Small storage pocket is cute
-Nice ventilation options
-The privacy shade is a nice option, easy to pull out and the magnets are very cool. Will work great as a bug net for the summer.

Cons:
-It's really heavy, which makes it hard to maneuver around
-It's not safe for sleep, which is really a shame. I'd love to be able to leave my baby in the bassinet after a walk to finish her nap without worrying
-The privacy shade does not actually shade from sun. This accessory would be much better with an actual sun visor that pops out. To keep the sun out of baby's eyes I have to use the 360 feature, which is a nice option but then I cannot have eyes on the baby.
-The privacy shade is accessible by zipper which is right against the zipper to keep the hood on the bassinet, I kept having to zip and unzip to find the privacy shade
-The cover only has one zipper, so it can only be unzipped from one side

All in all, this is a very functional accessory and so nice to have for the early months with your baby, especially for walks and city living. I just wish the design was a little better thought out for the high price point.

The Maxi-Cosi Carriage Accessory was super easy to assemble and attach to my Maxi-Cosi stroller. It took me less than 5 minutes from opening the box to being ready to use. The first thing I noticed was how soft and luxurious the fabric and material are on the carriage. My baby spits up a lot, so I love that the pad and liner of the carriage are washable. The carriage is also constructed extremely well. Everything feels very high end and sturdy. It is cold where I live right now so I love the removable cover to help keep my baby warm on our cold windy walks. My favorite features are the protective mesh shade and ventilation window - so innovative! In the summertime I look forward to using the built-in mesh privacy shade to keep the bugs off of my babe while still allowing good airflow. The storage pocket at the foot of the carriage is perfect for holding my keys and phone while out on walks. I didn't use the 360-degree rotation feature with this accessory because I want to be able to see my babe while they are in it. But we do love the 360-degree rotation for the regular seat! Overall, the Maxi-Cosi Carriage Accessory is amazing, it has everything a parent could want and more! We have been using the Maxi-Cosi carriage accessory for a few weeks. The carriage is very easy to attach to our Maxi-Cosi stroller.
The carriage also has the ability to fold. This feature allows for easy transport/storage.
The fabric is so nice and soft. I really love how you can unzip part of the cover to allow for better airflow.
The canopy also has a mesh cover hidden inside. I love this feature! I cant say enough good things about this carriage. It is truly impressive. Our baby has plenty of room while in her carriage. She also seems to be content in it. This is a big deal for us because she is a very colicky and clingy baby. She loves to go for rides around our neighborhood, and often falls right to sleep.
I would highly recommend the Maxi-Cosi carriage accessory, we love ours.
