Foot rest
Can you buy a foot rest separate? I can’t seem to find the one that came with it and my daughter needs one

Cheaply made and won't last beyond stage 1
Everything is plastic, including the wheels. We have used it for a year, only in the first "stage". To start, the handle the adult uses to push the tricycle will slowly slide back down, and I have to constantly re-lengthen it. The tricycle was missing a critical part when we opened the box, and we had to wait several weeks to get it in the mail. Steering the tricycle is difficult, because the wheel is not able to be tightly attached, so when you steer, the handle and front wheel will go out-of-sync with each other. I've even had the front wheel's red cover go completely sideways, and I fixed it by literally kicking it back into place. It was not easy to put together, because everything is cheap plastic and doesn't fit securely together. My son was about 1 year old when we started using it, and he did not fit into it. His knees were constantly hitting the tray. In fairness to Radio Flyer, he was measuring 99th for height. Even so, I feel like it's too small for the average infant/toddler who would be using it at that stage. The back trunk is nice, but it's too shallow for much of anything. I can put a toddler sweater in it. Maybe my phone. But that's about it. And the lid flap moves so easily that if you hit a bump, whatever you have inside will probably fall out. I'm getting ready to remove parts so I can use the "next stage" this summer, but I honestly can't see my son using this as an actual tricycle. It's just so hard to steer, and it's so cheap. It's a real shame. Customer service was great when I had to get the missing part, though. I just wish the product was better.

Cheaply made
I bought this for my nephews first birthday. It’s very poorly made. The adult handle slowly lowers.. the wheels are plastic and there’s no way they will last a couple years. He can’t put his feet on the foot rest cause his legs are too long and hit the tray. He’s in the 30it %ile for his height. Will be calling today to see his to return the trike.

Very flimsy
Got this for my 1 yroldhoweverhe is a little husky. His feet do not fit on the foot rest his legs are folded high and knees are uncomfortably touching that grey support tool that he still needs because he’s too small. The sun visor doesn’t do a good job blocking the sun. The basket in the back is no good for nothing. The handle is very flimsy and a struggle to push and turn. For sum reason he slips off the seat and is sliding to one side even with the straps on. I regret this purchase and if I didn’t already take it out and toss the box I would’ve returned it.

Perfect
Bought this for my childs first birthday and she loves it! The only thing I do not like it the canopy doesn't seem to block out much sun at all but overall its perfect.

Great product. Baby loves it
We got this for our 10 month old and she enjoys being in it. We take her for walks and to the park. We choose Radio Flyer because it’s a well known product and was always built strong. It was easy to put together and so far it’s another great Radio Flyer product. Very happy with. Now to get a wagon. Thanks Radio Flyer.

4 'n 1 Stroller Trike
Bought this for our grand daughter who turned one. Everyone loves it - especially the fact that it can adjust as she grows.

It's just okay...
I bought this tricycle when 17 month old started to refuse to sit in her stroller. We have a nearby playground where parents drop off toys that they don't need anymore. My daughter loved playing with the plastic cars and trikes that could be pushed, and I decided to get one for her. I opted for the Radio Flyer since it's a brand I know from my childhood. My daughter likes it well enough. My main issue with it is the foot rest, which is a complaint a lot of other reviewers wrote about. I ignored them because my baby is on the small side and I figured their concerns would be different than mine. I learned my lesson! My daughter is too small and too young to sit with her feet on the pedals, but when the footrest is attached to the bike her legs are all scrunched up, and she seems really uncomfortable. She has started throwing her legs over the front of the foot rest and dangling her feet over the pedals. I think the issue could be fixed easily: If the pedals locked in place and there were a lower foot rest the problem would be solved. Our solution was to put the new trike in storage until she's older and she can use it without the footrest, as an actual tricycle. It sort of feels like I threw away $100. I would recommend that you don't purchase this product until the issue is resolved, or wait until your child is older and just get the classic trike bike.

Great trike for the price
My 18 mo son lives this trike. We use it when going on walks to the park. He didn't like the foot rest that came with it, he prefers to touch the pedals even though his legs aren't long enough for both feet to touch simultaneously. Our one major complaint is that the parent steering is really loose no matter how much we tighten and is difficult to control. Any suggestions?

It grows with him
What a great trike! We received this as a gift for my sons first Christmas. Assembling was very quick and easy. We cant wait for the summer and the warm weather. We will be taking him to the park in this stroller and hopefully he will be learning to ride a trike soon!
