Extremely Disappointed
This product feels like an Amazon purchase that is just too good to be true. I just received this and fully charged the unit. I removed the plastic from the filter. It frankly seems useless. The unit has zero power. Couldn’t even get a piece of tissue the size of my fingernail to hold on the intake vent, so it obviously doesn’t pull much air into the unit for filtering. As for the “TRUE HEPA” filter, I don’t believe it is a hepa filter. I own four other appliances with hepa filters and this is not a hepa filter. Will be returning. I also wanted to note that their “discount” only was applied to the replacement filter and not the entire purchase, even though the unit was advertised as being eligible for the discount. My guess is that the 4.8 rating for this product is because they removed the negative reviews.

Waiting for shipment

How much does a charger cost ? It has stopped wor

Lasted 6 months
Bought it only several months ago and it already stopped working. Will try to figure out if I can get it replaced because of its warranty, but I anticipate I’ll need to try another brand.

This thing is great.
I swear it helps with my allergies. I slept in a new place last week and woke up with bad allergies, so the next night I used this purifier next to my bed and woke up just fine. I swear this thing works and I am a skeptic so that's saying something. I love it!
