Obsessed
Why haven’t I gotten one sooner?! I love it. Water pressure is great. I don’t get much from the aroma scents but the shower head itself is worth every penny .

Broke after less than one month
I have only been using my new shower head for a few weeks and the other night while showering, water randomly busted through the seal and came out from all sides of the head. Canopy has yet to respond to any of my several emails, and I’m currently unable to use my shower. I reached out Sunday evening it’s now Tuesday w no response, and not being able to shower. I’m so disappointed in the product and lack of customer service.

Great customer service
I got the shower head for Christmas, I went to change the face plate to the scalp massager and couldn’t get it back on without water spewing everywhere. Long story short after some back and forth communication Canopy said it was a faulty filter and they would send me a new one. Well, they sent me a whole shower head (filter included) which I wasn’t expecting. I haven’t installed the new filter yet bc I had another one to put in but now I have a spare should I need it or o can put it on another bathroom.

Broke after a few uses
Bought this in octpner of 2024 6 momths later it started leaking from the head everywhere and the black paint was peeling off all over the shower.

I was so excited to try this.. unfortunately I did not see a difference in my hair or skin. Also the face of it is so small..
