Slow service
Anytime a refill is shipped it’s delayed delivery, yet I’ve been charged the date of renewal regardless of how long it takes me to receive it. Sometimes up to a month. Also, my large room humidifier has not worked properly for months due to a faulty electrical issue. I was told they are months behind having replacement humidifiers available to ship out. They must be having a lot of problems and replacing to do. These units are very expensive and not worth the cost.

Filter Lasted 3 Months
I have the large room humidifier but I did not sign up for the recurring filter replacement plan. I was able to stretch the filter 3 months as I only use it at night when I'm sleeping and I am not in the room during the day. It was very clear I needed the new filter as the humidity dropped ~10% but the "replace filter" light never went on...
