Excellent Customer Service
I had some issues with the delivery of the glider. FedEx delivered a ragged, torn box right behind a car in my daughter’s driveway instead of to the doorstep. The reason this was a bigger deal - my daughter was not home that day. Delivery of the product was an unknown. While we were provided a tracking number, trying to track the delivery never gave an update. So it sat outdoors for a lengthy stay. Ultimately, the chair was just fine after getting it indoors and inspecting. Upon contacting Customer Service to just describe what happened, Pablo was very concerned and said he would contact the carrier to follow up on the inadequate delivery. To make everyone feel a little better about the situation, Pablo offered a gift to my daughter for all the troubles. My daughter loves the glider and the attention Pablo provided.

Manual Glider is all you need.
This is a very comfortable chair and about half the price of the chair I have for my first child. Highly recommend and suggesting to all my friends expecting. The chair is super easy to put together - it’s two pieces. It’s perfect for a tall parent (my husband is 6’6”), and it’s firm and so comfortable.
It’d be nice to have the glider plus, etc with the buttons, but honestly I won’t ever miss that feature because the manual glider meets all your needs as a parent.

This chair has been a life saver in my breastfeeding journey. It’s so comfy for the whole family too. My baby loves the rocking motion. It’s sturdy and well built. The install was so easy. My only complaint is that deconstructing the back is super challenging

Ok here she verdict it’s a great chair. It’s pretty much everything I was looking for. Still very Large and takes up a lot of space but it’s comfortable and tall enough to rest your head. Overall a great chair

Great quality and perfect for tall people
Quality is awesome. The material is soft and the chair is modern and fits in a narrow spot, taking up minimal room. My husband is 6’5” and I’m 5’3” and this chair is comfortable for both of us. I spent so much time researching and am extremely happy with this purchase!

Great product
I can’t say enough good things about the glider and the company as a whole. I had an issue with the original product I received but I worked with Nurture& to resolve it. I highly recommend this product.
