Overview

Description

Swaddle UP has the distinction of being a zip-up swaddle that allows baby to sleep with their arms up. This natural position gives them access to their hands for self-soothing (baby can suck on their fingers right through the fabric), while the fabric “wings” protect little faces from fingernail scratches.

Swaddling helps baby feel more secure, calms their natural startle reflex and helps them stay asleep longer. Swaddles are also safer than loose blankets in the crib or bassinet.

The Swaddle UP is incredibly easy to use: the zipper is quick and quiet (many other swaddles use Velcro), and it stays on all night without any breakouts. The two-way zipper allows for diaper changes without removing the swaddle.

Parents also appreciate the super soft fabric: it’s breathable and not too thick, to reduce the risk of overheating. The swaddle fits snugly, so no extra wrapping is needed. But unlike a traditional swaddle, the Swaddle UP is roomier around the hips, leaving space for your baby’s legs to move freely and promoting long-term hip health.

Soft and stretchy
Obsessed with the paper bird pattern. This sleep swaddle is much softer and stretchier than I expected. My anti swaddle baby will only sleep in sleep bags or this swaddle. I do wish it had easier access for diaper changes in the middle of the night. I have to take both legs out to get access.

Arms up isn’t for us
I don’t think it’s the swaddle so much as my baby. She hates this swaddle. I wish she liked it but we keep trying it and she doesn’t like that she can’t adjust how she wants. The arms up aren’t here thing. I know these are popular swaddles but it’s not for every baby.

The BEST at Night
When we looked at swaddles, I put one of each of the big three on the registry - Love to Dream, Halo, and Sleepea. Our daughter has refused to sleep at night in anything but this one. She loves having her arms up, and the swaddles are so cozy and warm (we also have some of the 2. 5 TOG ones which are getting more use at night at the moment). Will recommend to every new parent I know!!!

Third baby using these sleep sacks
My kids love these sleep sacks, from newborn to sleep suits they run around in, we keep love to dream in the family. They come clean, last forever, are super comfy and durable, and we are using them on our newest baby.

We love our sleep
We started out using typical swaddles that Velcro but was putting too much pressure on his abdomen. So we were actually given one of these swaddles and it saved us. It made him more comfortable and gave us all more sleep. It was such a win win. Especially since he did like keeping his hands in the air. We have now purchased two older ones are are about to purchase transition ones.

Great
We started using the Love to Dream Swaddle Up because our little one is a side sleeper and it seems to help prevent him from rolling.

Love!
I love this swaddle! The print is super cute and it is great quality. My little one does not like having her arms pinned down by her sides but we don’t want them completely uncovered, so this is the perfect solution. It’s super easy to use, too!

Best swaddle!
Our son loves his hands so having them up by his face is perfect! He’s 3 months old and has been sleeping 8-10 hours at night for about a month now!
