Overview

Description

Swaddle UP has the distinction of being a zip-up swaddle that allows baby to sleep with their arms up. This natural position gives them access to their hands for self-soothing (baby can suck on their fingers right through the fabric), while the fabric “wings” protect little faces from fingernail scratches.

Swaddling helps baby feel more secure, calms their natural startle reflex and helps them stay asleep longer. Swaddles are also safer than loose blankets in the crib or bassinet.

The Swaddle UP is incredibly easy to use: the zipper is quick and quiet (many other swaddles use Velcro), and it stays on all night without any breakouts. The two-way zipper allows for diaper changes without removing the swaddle.

Parents also appreciate the super soft fabric: it’s breathable and not too thick, to reduce the risk of overheating. The swaddle fits snugly, so no extra wrapping is needed. But unlike a traditional swaddle, the Swaddle UP is roomier around the hips, leaving space for your baby’s legs to move freely and promoting long-term hip health.

Honestly magic
I’ve tried other swaddles and to be honest I suck at wrapping my little one in a blanket and it’s unsafe. I’ve tried ones off Amazon and they are off on sizes, and either too big or small. I also feel my baby loves the snug feel and he instantly goes to sleep with it on, it’s like a protocol for us as soon as it goes in it’s lights out. I bought a bundle for my newborn and intend to buy more as he gets older. I don’t like the price however, it’s worth it. The quality is also very good.

Love to dream=easier nights
I ordered this because my LO didn't do well in a traditional swaddle with his arms tucked by his side. . . he hated it and wanted his arms up by his face. After 2 nights of wearing this love to dream swaddle, he was sleeping 2-3 hour stretches. Fast forward to now(he's 5 weeks old), he's sleeping 5-6 hour stretches and only wakes up to be fed. Best swaddle ever!

Our sleep miracle
I waited to write this until I knew that this swaddle was what it was. It is. This plus white noise allowed me to reduce co-sleeping by getting my 1st (and longest) stretch of the night in the bassinet. It improved my marriage because intimacy wasn't contingent upon negotiating transfers. Im buying the transition bc she started rolling.
Remember to unzip if you need to cosleep for any reason.

Soft and stretchy
Obsessed with the paper bird pattern. This sleep swaddle is much softer and stretchier than I expected. My anti swaddle baby will only sleep in sleep bags or this swaddle. I do wish it had easier access for diaper changes in the middle of the night. I have to take both legs out to get access.

Arms up isn’t for us
I don’t think it’s the swaddle so much as my baby. She hates this swaddle. I wish she liked it but we keep trying it and she doesn’t like that she can’t adjust how she wants. The arms up aren’t here thing. I know these are popular swaddles but it’s not for every baby.
