This infant car seat features an Anti-Rebound Bar, providing an additional layer of rear-facing safety by limiting rotation of the seat and child in the event of an impact.
SnugRide performance helps to protect rear-facing infants from 4-30 lbs and up to 32”. Infant head and body supports and harness covers offer a comfortable fit for smaller babies. SnugLock technology installs in less than one minute using vehicle seat belt or LATCH.
The headrest and harness can be adjusted together while your child is in the seat with the front-adjust No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust Harness System.
Graco’s exclusive InRight LATCH attachment provides an easy, one-second attachment with an audible click to help ensure secure installation. The 5-position adjustable base and an easy-to-read bubble level indicator also help with proper installation.
The Silent Shade canopy adjusts quietly without disturbing baby, and one-hand adjustable handle makes getting baby in and out easier.

Does this car seat work with the duoglider stroller?

is the shade UV-blocking? Can it be installed without the base?
The shade is not YV-blocking and yes, it can be installed without the base.
How much does it weigh?
The weight of this car seat with the base is 14.17 lbs. Without the base, it weighs around 7.5 lbs.
Do I remove the infant head and body support? I removed the smaller one that was easy to remove and black but then do I remove the other one too?
The body support pad can be removed but not the head support pad as it is integrated into the shell of the car seat. Per the manual, the body support can only be used for infants 12 lbs or less.
Is this car seat compatible with the Mockingbird stroller?
This car seat is compatible with the Mockingbird stroller when using the Mockingbird adapter for Graco car seats.

I hate this car seat with a fiery passion. There is not enough head support, the buckle jams every single time, the sun visor blocks the release button when it is pulled back and when it is in use it isn't large enough to keep the sun out and the Velcro on it makes me want to murder someone. If baby starts crying I have to unbuckle my seat belt and completely turn around to undo the Velcro just so that I can get a hand anywhere near my son and in an emergency situation while driving that is near impossible. My baby is always uncomfortable in this car seat. Every time I get home from going somewhere I am in a bad mood because of this stupid car seat. I love the car seat base but the actual seat part sucks. I can't wait for him to outgrow it. If I still had the box I would return it.

Worth the money
I love this car seat. I’ve always loved grace but this seat is better than I thought. The padding is so soft and the material is top notch.

AMAZING!
Absolutely amazing! I love this infant car seat, I love the handle and how easy it is to move, the headrest is also so easy to handle and the straps move with it. Honestly a wonderful product.

Light weight, great features
Positives
- One handed overhead bar adjustment
- Adjustable strap height with a grow with me tab (you don't have to pull all the straps out to adjust...wahoo!!!
- Medium depth, feels secure, also base feels very secure
- Easy to adjust (tighten and loosen) straps that clip into frame of care
- Lightweight!
- Extra padding beside the head and body
Negatives
- Not a huge fan of the fabric color and pattern
- can not remove fabric from adjustable part of seat (will have to spot clean)

Finally!
A huge thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me to participate in this study.
Finally someone has made an easy to use car seat. From the time I opened the box to having the baby strapped in it and adjusted to fit him was less than three minutes! I have never seen a one handed headrest adjustment lever for the headrest and seatbelt placement on an infant car seat before and it's brilliant. I am so happy Graco has incorporated this feature. The base is on the heavier side and the added safety of the anti-rebound bar gives me peace of mind. The padding feels great, it stays put and best of all the baby seems to love it. The canopy has a great downward curve to it and is super quiet while being easy to adjust. One feature on this seat that is brand new to me is one push button on the handle. No need to have two hands free to adjust the handle, this car seat is almost completely a one handed operation. Even the installation of the base can be done one handed and it's by far my favorite part of this seat. We have a large family and the seating arrangement we have now is the three smallest in the middle row and the three biggest kids in the last row. In order for the big kids to get out we have to slide the seat forward that holds the base for the infant seat. This one installs so easily we can take the base right out making things so much nicer for everyone and get it reinstalled in a snap. The anchor connectors attach fast and the SnugLock system is incredible. Basically you attach the anchors and snug the base as best you can by hand and then you close the SnugLock and it finishes tightening it making it perfectly installed. I've never seen anything like it and I have been a dad and installing car seats for decades now. This is hands down my favorite seat of all time. The seat itself is on the heavy side but I feel my baby is as safe as can be with this seat.

I'm in Love!
I recently received the SnugRide SnugFit 35 LX Infant Car Seat from Stellar Product Testing Panel and have been using it with my 7 month old. I wish it had been available for my previous 2 babies as well! It's so easy to install and use. I love that there is a bar on the base for extra safety precautions and you can't beat hearing the "click click" when you put the car seat into the base. It's a guarantee that your baby is all snuggled in safely. My absolute favorite thing about the care seat though is how you adjust the height. No more rethreading of the shoulder straps! You simply push in a button and extend the seat top to match your baby's growth. This is all I will ever need in an infant car seat!

Great car seat for your growing little one
We received the SnugRide SnugFit 35 LX through Stellar Testing Panel and love it. It was easy to install and is roomier around the head than our other car seat. It could be because it’s not as deep so he doesn’t seem as squished. The adjustable base helped us make the install easy. I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a car seat for a bigger baby.

Great Car Seat
I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
This was one of the easiest car seats I've used. It has good length and I feel like baby will be able to be in it longer than most infant car seats. The shoulder straps glide easily to get baby in and out and I'm a huge fan of the adjustable head part. Every other car seat I've had it's a huge pain moving the shoulder/head piece higher or even figuring out how. This is probably my favorite feature of the seat.
The base made installation easy for my husband and while we didn't have to test out the anti rebound bar (thank God I felt comfort in knowing it was there.
Due to the pandemic, we spent more time going on walks in this car seat. Attached nicely to our Graco bar attachment for our B.O.B. and was easy to take off. I would highly recommend this car seat to others!

Super easy, safe, baby loves!
I received this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We’re first time parents and did lots of research prior to getting our first car seat. We wanted something safe, lightweight and versatile. We used a different brand for our baby’s first few months. He was good in the car for a while but then all of sudden started hating car rides-until we received this one to test. He’s now back to being a happy baby in the car which means we couldn’t be happier.
First of all, the seat was super easy to install and we immediately felt confident with the security of it. It was so easy to make sure it was level with the super easily adjustable base and I love how there are various ways to install (latch, seatbelt with base, seatbelt without base). As a new mom, I only have experience with one other carseat but the snug lock technology on this Graco easily comes in first for ease of use and sense of security. Plus, the anti-rebound bar gives an extra level of safety that gives me extra peace of mind.
We’re also excited that you don’t need the base to install it so we can bring it with us when we travel.
