Irritated
2 stars because it decently work for my 2 month old son on the first try. One 2 stars because the product itself is cheap. My sponge already fell off after spending 16$ + flakes don't wash off easily on the comb. Overall disappointed plus had to buy the wash set separately.

Sponge falls off easily
Used the FlakeFixer once for our baby’s cradle cap. It works fine but the quality of construction is poor. The sponge has just a thin strip of adhesive sticking it to the holder and it came off after first use! This appears to be a known issue but the first customer support response I got was that the product is meant to last for a couple uses and they would not send a replacement. No one would buy this if they knew that. At least the second response I got offered a replacement. But the real solution needs to be an improvement in the product durability.

Im glad I have this but honestly hasn’t really gotten rid of my baby’s cradle cap. It takes care of it while she’s in the bath but the cradle cap is back by morning. Doesn’t harm her at all, but wish it would stop the cradle cap from coming back.

Worked but low quality of sponge / exfoliater
The lathering sponge fell off the Flake Fixer after one use which is very frustrating. Otherwise the exfoliater and comb worked well.

I got this and I got my 2 month old a little hard now he has a bald spot. Like I was shocked. I was washing him and he moved his head suddenly. Now it’s been over 2 weeks and no hair yet!

Used since day 1
My baby doesn’t have cradle cap but I’ve used this set since we brought him home and I think it helps prevent it greatly! Love the concept, however the sponge falls off very quickly.

Broke SO fast. But worked very well until that.
Works really well but the foam part fell off within a month. Not super stoked.
