Great to keep track during cold/flu season.
Super easy to use and very accurate. The battery life is quite surprising and it has great durability as the kids get ahold of it often. It’s one of the best I have ever used

DO NOT PURCHASE
We bought this a month ago. Our son has a kidney condition and we have to be aware the moment he spikes a fever.
I am more than displeased with this thermometer. It has given us three different readings at one time. The ear will say 98.4 and the forehead will read 102.4. It is extremely unsettling that we trusted this product and certainly can not count on it. We are out the money we spent on it.

Does not give accurate reading
This thermometer almost gave me a heart attack! Gave a reading that my 1 year old had a fever of 105.1 when it was actually 101.5

Not accurate. Disappointed.
My LO ended up when an ear infection, and as a FTM I panicked to get a forehead thermometer to take her temp while she was sleeping. While my husband and I are a fan of the rectal thermometer and all of the Frida baby products we used, this product is totally defective. I used it on both ears and forehead and got 3 different readings, and were way off from babe’s rectal temp taken later on and a wasted panic called to the pediatrician. Now I’m out $40 because I threw away the packaging. Buyers beware.

Mode button stopped working
it's stuck on the ear settings and I've tried to get it to switch to a different mode but nothing has worked. it stopped working a month after purchasing it.

Inaccurate reading
This thermometer gives inaccurate reading for both adults and baby. I had high fever, different brand thermometers were showing 102.5 and 103 F however Frida one was showing 98.3 which was ridiculous. My 10 months old baby had fever and it never showed accurate reading which was dangerous for any baby. It kept showing 97-98 for my baby. How did this get approved for baby? Nobody should use it specially for baby. This inaccuracy can harm your baby badly.

I had chills, hot sweats and cold chills. For 4 days but kept reading as 98.3. I finally gave up and went to the doctor my temp was 105. DO NOT BUY THIS! We went and purchased a nicer thermometer for baby so if she gets sick I’m not looking at a false temp.

Does not accurately take temperature.
I felt feverish so I took my temperature with this thermometer and it said 98.3. I ended up in Urgent Care and they confirmed a 103 degree fever. When I got home I retested and it still said 98 degrees. I tested with another thermometer we had in the house and it confirmed 103 degrees. I’m not sure how it can be so off. I’m now worried that it did not accurately take my child’s temperature when I thought he was feeling feverish. I do not trust this product.
