Cheap materials and annoying assembly, but looks nice
Pros: Looks great, adjustable, feels sturdy when put together

Cons: Poor quality material -- while it may be made from New Zealand pine, it's not solid wood -- the weird layers on the parts of the components not covered by veneers made it clear this manufactured wood. It dents really easily -- we managed to put a significant dent in it while assembling even though we took the precaution of doing so on carpet. It's also pretty annoying to put together, even with two people, and I say this
