Customer reviews
Cons: Poor quality material -- while it may be made from New Zealand pine, it's not solid wood -- the weird layers on the parts of the components not covered by veneers made it clear this manufactured wood. It dents really easily -- we managed to put a significant dent in it while assembling even though we took the precaution of doing so on carpet. It's also pretty annoying to put together, even with two people, and I say this as somebody who actively enjoys assembling IKEA products. You're required to get Allen keys into some pretty awkward spaces that only allow for 1/2 rotation at time, and one of the parts came with the top labeled as the bottom, so we got halfway done before having to backtrack and undo our work, an error that could have been easily avoided if the instructions had properly specified where the holes should be oriented instead of relying entirely on label placement.
I was super excited for this crib, but by the time I had it together I was frustrated with the process and concerned regarding the durability of this product.
One of the most impressive features of this crib is its versatility. It can be converted from a crib to a toddler!!! I loved the color personally as well
