Designed with all-terrain wheels and front wheel suspension, the CYBEX Balios S Lux 2 delivers a smooth and agile ride, sidewalk to off-road adventures. The unique one-pull harness helps you secure your child in the stroller in seconds. More to love: the one-hand recline, one-hand fold, adjustable leg rest and leatherette handlebar for a touch of luxe. It also comes with accessories usually sold separately: car seat adapters, cup holder, rain cover and bumper bar.
The multiple recline positions easily adjust with one hand:
- 1st recline position: 111 degrees
- 2nd recline position: 129 degrees
- 3rd recline positions: 152 degrees
The toddler seat can be used around six months, or add a CYBEX Cot S Lux 2 or CYBEX infant car seat (both sold separately) to create a travel system that can be used from birth.

The Cybex Balios S Lux 2 Stroller is only compatible with certain Cybex infant car seats.
This stroller isn't compatible with the NUNA Pipa RX car seat.
This stroller has all-terrain wheels and front wheel suspension so it delivers a smooth, agile ride from the sidewalk to off-road adventures.
The wheels are made from a polyurethane material that mimics rubber but is harder and more durable.
The stroller reclines at 111 degrees in the 1st position, 129 degrees in the 2nd position, and 152 degrees in the 3rd position.
These are compatible with Cybex Cloud Q, Cloud G, Cloud G Lux and Aton series.

That is very bad customer service as I have not requested a return if you read back and all of my messages to your customer service all I asked was an update on when my package will arrive because my flight is on January 2, and that I will be rebooking my flight if the stroller will not arrive on time and a customer service personnel name Camille, as it says in the email, just replied by telling me that she will process the return of my package. Right away I emailed her back and said please do not process the return of my package because I did not even request a return. I am only asking for an update if where the package is at because the tracking information was not updated. It was actually before the package arrived at FedEx that I even informed them to not do a return because I am waiting for my package and I have rebooked my flight to january 10.
How can you process a return of a package that was never delivered and how come your customer service even told me that the package might not have been delivered because there was no one at the delivery address or there was no one to sign for the delivery how can that be when I was just there at my house and I was even contacting FedEx the whole time so do not make reasons That are not true. Please give me a good reason why this was returned. Was it a mistake on your end with one of your customer service personnel, instead of making it my fault there is proof that the package was returned due to you, tagging it for return before it was even tried for delivery. I have a video audio call with my conversation with FedEx, and they specifically said that only the shipper can tag it for return if it was not even delivered. There is also proof with the tracking information that it was not attempted delivery because the shipper or CYBEX tagged it for return.
If this is a mistake on your end, I need you to tell me the truth. Do not make it. FedEx fault or my fault because I have been contacting them the whole time especially when the package was already in FedEx Anaheim, which is very near my house I was willing to pick it up, but they were not able to release the package because you informed them to target for return And we were not able to contact you because it was already the weekend. You apparently tagged it for return on Friday.
So now you're only solution is for me to re-order the package but no way will I re-order if I do not receive my full refund and what compensation can you give me for this hassle? I even rebook my flight and spent a lot of money just to rebook my flight so I can bring the stroller to my wife who is about to give birth in a couple months. And in the end, you just returned it without my consent how can that be when the package was already fully paid?
Now the package is already in route going back to your factory in Tennessee so now I am waiting for my return so once the money is returned, I expect 100% full refund because none of this was my fault and it was not the fault of FedEx as well it was a fault of some customer service personnel. I am not sure if it's her, but she was the one who replied to me through email saying that she will tag the package forward her. I have a screenshot for proof her name is Camille.
I hope that in the future, I will not have this problem again so that I may re-order a stroller and probably now have it shipped through boat, which will take about a couple months, which is such a hassle when I could've brought it on the plane with me. You cost so much hassle on my end. I hope you can give me a voucher or a discount voucher for my next order because I really do plan to order again after I receive my refund. What can you give me to compensate for this mistake on your end? How can this be? Your customer service is very bad.
Also on the CYBEX, where I am logged in in my account, it says that the package is delivered. Nowhere there it says that the package was returned however through FedEx, the package is in route going back to Tennessee in your CYBEX facility so please make sure that you update whatever information that is on the CYBEX website and please do not give me any problems with my refund. I am just anticipating if there will be any more problems because your customer service is very bad so please, as early as now check why it says that it is delivered, and that the delivery is done when it was not even attempted. It was returned when it arrived in FedEx and Anaheim and never reached my house and they never attempted delivery. I never refused the order as I was even waiting for it. I even wanted to pick it up at FedEx Anaheim.
Once again, I hope you can give me a discount voucher to make up for this, and I hope that I can order the same exact stroller with the same exact freebies once I receive my refund.
I ordered the Balios S Lux moon black stroller, cot s lux bassinet moon black, and CYBEX cloud G moon black car seat which I got for free. So now that my order was processed for return and as I can see in your website, you do not have the same promos anymore. Will you be able to give me the same exact promo the same exact items for the same price because after I receive my refund I will order it again. Please get back to me as soon as possible about this and please check my CYBEX account as to why it says the package was finished and delivered when it was noted it's actually in route back to Tennessee in your factory.
