2-in-1 Cup Holder

This cup and phone holder is very very small and therefore useless as it can’t hold any normal size cup or iPhone.
I will return it.

I just received the product. After spending significant time putting it together, I realized the foot brake was defective. Instead of being towards the back of the carriage to be able to use it with my foot, it was in the front of the back of the wheel rendering it unusable. I called the company for help and they proceeded to tell me that i need to send pictures so their product techs can look at it. I don't feel I need to go through all that incovenience. Now I had to repack, take big box to nearby fedex to send it back...very frustrating experience. Don't they have quality control to check product is ok before sending it to client and why can't they adopt similar return procedures like Amazon, where package can be picked at customer's house. uggghh!

Doesnt hold bottles, keeps tipping over.

Wish there was a way to make sure it doesn’t turn over, I’ve dropped my cup so many times due to the fact it’s not securely locked in to the stroller. Poorly designed..

It does not have any function , it does not hold any phone , gets scratched easily with the first use . A big no no no .

Doesn‘t fit a standard cup or bottle - pointless

I got this cup holder by using my cybex points and I really like it, it's so useful and fits my balios s lux stroller perfectly

I bought this over a year ago and don’t even bother using it anymore. It’s super difficult to clip your phone on the holder and if you do force it on there it messes up the weight of the cup holder,causing it to tilt and spill your drink. It also falls off all the time- waste of money.

Not very happy with this purchase. I’ve got Cybex e Priam which is quiet wide and the cup holder attaches on the side of it and makes the stroller even wider. The other thing when you walk liquid spills out. So absolutely not useful for a cup of coffee. Don’t think it’s very useful for a baby bottle as well as under open sun it gets too warm quickly.
This cup holder also works as a phone stand. However if you video call only your right arm is gonna be visible as it quite on the side.
I also had an issue with Cybex as they gave to the delivery company only half of my address. I made the complaint which was ignored and had to rescue the item by myself. So overall not a very pleasant experience.

Too small, would love a more expandable version.
