With the help of the app you can create a customized sleep support that helps baby sleep better.
The gentle bouncing motion emulates the intuitive way parents comfort babies in their arms. The crib is minimalist in its approach to soothing—meaning it bounces only when needed and stops bouncing once the baby sleeps soundly. The companion app also helps you stay connected to baby from anywhere through the live video stream and audio monitor. You can adjust the bounce, add caregivers, customize white noise or stream your favorite music from Spotify, track sleep patterns and more.

My only complaints are with the app. For the most part it’s good, and I like that you can add caregivers with custom permissions and hours. Sometimes it’s too slow to pick up on his wakes/cries and other times it says he’s awake or stirring when he’s really just adjusting positions to get cozy. The main issue is your phone registers Cradlewise’s video feed as a call which messes with any other apps you might use that use sound (eg trying to listen to a podcast). I wonder if Cradlewise would ever consider building an external monitor as an optional add on.
I do wonder if we’ll really make it to 24 months as our baby’s on the bigger side, but even if not, I’d say we already got our moneys worth.
