Description
This travel system comes with the Willow S baby car seat, Alpine base and Brook+ modular baby stroller. The Willow S is a rear-facing car seat with ClickTight technology that installs securely on the first ride and beyond. The RightSize system provides adjustment points at the hips, shoulders and between the legs to help you find baby’s perfect fit from the start. SafeCell Technology also helps manage energy and help minimize force.
When it’s time to cruise, attach the car seat to the Brook stroller. The one-step fold lets you pack up and go with trunk space to spare. The stroller comes with a large cargo basket, a water-resistant UPF 50+ canopy with a flip-down sunshade and peek-a-boo window. More accessories include two parent cup holders, an extra large phone holder that can accommodate many phone sizes and a child snack tray that swings out of the way.

Q&A
Yes, the Britax Willow Brook S+ Travel System includes a newborn insert for the car seat.
The Zinnia is compatible with the Brook stroller. Handlebars are not adjustable though.
This travel system comes with the toddler seat for the stroller.
The Alpine base is available for purchase through Britax's website. It is really similar to the Aspen but the Alpine has an anti-rebound bar.
Customer reviews
The cargo space fits my overstuffed diaper bag and the extended canopy offers superb sun-protection on both the carseat and stroller. This travel system is top tier and I considered several others before taking the plunge. I provided this Honest and True Product Review in exchange for a rebate on my purchase.
Initially, I loved this stroller and car seat. Right out of the package it looked chic with its monochrome black frame and fabric, both of which felt very durable, it rode so smooth and easy, folded great without scratching itself up, and the attachments included were a bonus, so I was excited to use it daily.
Fast forward a month after use and I was having trouble always getting the car seat off the base. It would sometimes get stuck and I’ve had a few too many instances where I actually couldn’t get the seat out and had to change my activity plans. I also have back problems so when it would get stuck this was a strain on my back when you go to pull up and it won’t unlatch. Very annoying.
A small complaint I have with the car seat is the fabric. Although it’s amazing, easy to clean and very durable (doesn’t snag or get ugly quick), it does cause skin rashes as I don’t find it’s breathable. If we are travelling a good distance, we are almost guaranteed a bum rash due to the heat it traps. Not ideal.
I also noticed right away that the wheels seem to only be useful on smooth concrete surfaces like store floors. I took my baby for a stroll on my new sidewalk and it was too jarring, her head was jiggling way too much for my comfort and she would startle while riding. Not ideal. The wheels are terrible. Fast forward 6 months and the tire product is very warn looking. I will forever regret not getting an air filled tire stroller, because I can’t go on any gravel, sidewalk, grass, brick, or even road without difficulty. The front wheels get catch on everything and bang all the time which jars my child.
Another feature which should actually be recalled in my opinion is the plastic, clip-on parent cup holder. It has now fallen on my child 4 times so I will cease using it. The clips loosen after a short ride (likely because the shocks are useless and it bounces the clips free!), and I’ve had a hot coffee and heavy Pepsi bottle land on my child’s lap. THANKFULLY the coffee broke open towards the side and didn’t burn my child!! I reported this to Britax and hopefully they take it seriously. Not impressed with the clip on design and this needs to be improved for safety reasons. The cellphone holder is awesome however.
Another complaint is the toddler seat. I didn’t use this until my child was about 15lbs, otherwise I would have returned it immediately as the canopy pops back anytime it’s used. It doesn’t stay open! Super annoying when it goes and pops back revealing full sun in my child’s eyes! Also the back parent peek flap is just for that-peeking, because it doesn’t have a magnet like the older version stroller did. So no airflow allowed as it doesn’t stay propped open.
Those are my main complaints. Otherwise this stroller could have been REALLY good. The frame itself is my favourite as it is SO easy to open and close and ia so lightweight, which is ideal for quick trips in and out of stores. It feels sturdy yet folds compact and firm.
Please improve these design flaws, Britax!
