My monitor out of no
My monitor out of no where wouldn’t turn on so I contacted customer service and they very quickly (next day) had shipped out a new monitor with clear instructions how to register my current cameras. Highly recommend.

The best monitor on the market
We have used this monitor for 14+ months and we love it! The image is extremely clear, there's a wide camera range, the zoom feature is nice for extra anxious moms like myself who like to make sure babe is breathing, and it has a good range as well so we can roam throughout the house and not lose sight. Customer service is also exceptional, extremely responsive and helpful!

Great cameras, great customer service!
We’ve had these cameras for almost two years and LOVE them! We just had our first issue with one of them making a weird grinding noise that had us scared to have it plugged in as the nursery camera- Maria with the Babysense Customer care team was super helpful in assisting with trouble shooting, diagnosing that it was actually the cord and not the camera and then very promptly replaced the cord so we could use the camera again for our son! These cameras are fantastic and so is their customer care!

This has been the best
This has been the best baby monitor! My favorite part is that you can turn scan mode on and hear both rooms throughout the night for peace of mind!

HD S2
The Babysense HD S2 has worked great for our family. Our original monitor had a fault but it was fast and easy to work with customer service to get it replaced. We love all the features!

Great monitor!
Great product, works well with two cameras and our two kids rooms. Love the ability to have it automatically switch back and forth or manually move it to a the camera you need. Clear picture both night and day, and audio is clear to talk through. Battery works great, although we never take it away from the charger more than an hour or two, but would imagine it would go for quite sometime before needing a charge.
Customer service is just as great, had an issue with the monitor itself and losing its pair with the cameras. They quickly addressed the issue and sent me a new monitor right away.

Babysense HD S2
The unit is great, the picture is super clear compared to what we were using before and the best thing is that it doesn't use wifi, it's all closed network.
We had one of the cameras start making a buzzing sound and contacted customer service - they helped us by replacing one of the cameras super fast. Totally recommend babysense.
