A great monitor!!!
I had a hard time finding a monitor that gave the option of a parent unit AND mobile access. Thats what led me to this baby monitor. The camera works well and has night vision so you’ve got a clear picture in the dark. It tracks temperature as well which I really like. You can talk through the camera and play music too. There’s a ton of settings on the parent unit to customize it to your liking. The connection can be spotty if you’re very far away or have unreliable WiFi, but 99% of the time I’ve had no issues with that. So glad we went with this one over some other really expensive competitors.

My sleep training companion !
I didn't think I would need to buy a baby monitor since we live in an apartment and can hear our kids easily. However, this became an urgent purchase during sleep training - another thing I didn't expect to do but here I was, after 4 months of sleep regression, in dire need for an improvement. This device was a savior !
The setup is easy, image quality is really good. We typically don't use the motion or sound detection but we've enabled them temporarily to test and they work (but it results in a lot of notifications in the app).
This is really a useful accessory to understanding baby sleep habits : it helped us see that no sound coming from the bedroom did not mean baby was asleep. We've also found it useful when traveling to places where the sleeping space is farther and you would not necessarily hear your baby cry.

Amazong customer service
I love this monitor. It works great for both my kids and gives me the peace of mind I need. I also love how it’s connected to WiFi. I will also add the customer service is amazing! Our original monitor stopped working after a few years, I emailed them to see what I can do to fix it and even being out of the warranty period they did send a new replacement monitor for free. I’m happy to be a customer!

Easy set up
Very easy setup. Love the night vision feature and the ability to move the camera to different angles. The only issue is, is that the video monitor tends to get pixelated often and the image is not clear. We’d have to turn the monitor off and then on to re-focus. Overall good product.

Only works 10% of the time
I hate how good the quality of this system is when it works, but unfortunately it only works like 10% of the time. It needs to be reconnected to Wi-Fi daily, which automatically resets the app on your phone as well. Too often the monitor gets stuck connecting to the cameras, taking at least 15 minutes at the beginning of each nap and then on & off for the rest of our baby’s sleep - which completely defeats the purpose!

Excellent camera system
was skeptical about this purchase, looked at the reviews on amazon prior to buying and out of all the other cameras on babylist this one has the best reviews. Let me say first day using this i love it! The app is great so far, the zoom is awesome and being able to pan to my babies entire room is amazing! It also has a lot of cool features that i'm excited to try out! Love that i can view on the monitor and my phone, best feature for sure. The monitor is so clear and user friendly. Definitely recommend!
The only con i've found is that the cameras don't come with cord hiders, but an easy fix- i just ordered some on amazon, but it would be convenient if they were included.
