Description

This Motorola Baby Monitor lets you keep an eye on your baby from anywhere. Digital pan, tilt and zoom remotely through the Motorola Nursery app, so you can get the best view of your baby. Two-way talk lets you listen in and talk to your little one. It also includes infrared night vision.

PIP has a built-in sensor that shows you the room temperature along with pre-loaded lullabies, soothing sounds and stories. It can be wall or table mounted.

This product does not run on batteries. Instead, it comes with an AC adapter that requires a power outlet for operation.

The PIP1010 camera will not pair to the PIP1510 parent unti, but you can use the Motorola Nursery App to view both cameras.

The video stream can be viewed from any device compatible with the Motorola app. Multiple people can view the stream from the app at once.

This listing only comes with one camera that can connect to your phone via the app. It does not come with a parent unit. The Motorola parent app can connect with multiple cameras. Split-screen view is not currently available in the app.

What is the voltage? Can this be used internationally?

This monitor comes with a cord certified for use with 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz, 300mA
or 400mA. You will want to check the voltage of the country you are visiting, and if it does not match you may want to purchase a converter to use with it.

Often times the monitor doesn’t connect to the camera and in dark rooms the image quality is terrible. We can’t even tell if baby’s eyes are open or closed when it’s dark in the room.

Misled by Motorola
We registered for the PIP1610 HD Connect that comes with a monitor (and lets you use the app). Loved the fact that it had a monitor and app combo, as we'd be able to leave the monitor with sitters. Well, we added this camera as a secondary one, only to find out it's not compatible with the PIP1610 HD Connect. They're literally merchandised next to each other on Motorola's site, look identical, etc.

Amazing Nanny Cam!
This camera was super easy to set up. I loved the fact that I can watch my baby from anywhere especially when leaving baby at home with Nanny. It gives me so much peace. The issue I had is that the app is rather underdeveloped and needs little improvements!

Reliable and User Friendly
We really like this Motorola PIP1010 Connect - Motorised Wi-Fi Video Baby Monitor. The best compliment we can give is that it is reliable, which to us is more important than anything else. Set-up was very easy and frustration free. Some of the other great attributes are the the very high definition video. The quality is really HD I'd say. This allows us to take little snapshots of sleeping baby. So cute. The night vision is really strong as is the two way audio feature. This is a great monitor!

Love this monitor!
This is such a great baby monitor especially if you're a tech loving parent. It works so well and has a great range. I love the look of it too, very sleek!

Easy to use
The Motorola PIP1010 Connect - Motorised Wi-Fi Video Baby Monitor was really use to get set up. The instructions were pretty clear and it's Bluetooth enabled! Baby monitors have come a long way!

Perfect Portable Baby Monitor
Motorola PIP1010 Connect - Motorised Wi-Fi Video Baby Monitor is great for new parents/guardians who want to view their baby remotely. With remote access and an easy use app this monitor is great! It is very portable and easy to set up. It can fit anywhere - can even clip onto the side of a crib! This is perfect for new parents and I highly recommend it!

Really happy I've tried this!
This is a nice step up from your traditional 2-piece camera and handheld combo. The picture is clear and the range of camera position is vast. I absolutely love that his father can see him from long distances, ie. all the way in Belize. I never have to worry if I'm "in range", and have had no issues with frequency interference like my previous one. The setup was simple, intuitive, and the features are really cool. The temperature gauge is by far a favorite, especially with the upcoming heat. You can playback a video excerpt of any sound or movement notification to make sure you're not running in over every menial issue. You can have it ply lullabies, stories, and recordings of your own voice for comfort. My ONLY complaint is that it takes a while to connect. When pulling up the app, it can take a solid 20 seconds to show the real-time video. Being that my son is a little older now (infant) it's not as much of a concern, but I could see how other users with newborns/little ones with special needs may have been upset with the fickleness of the connection time. That, and the app is slightly outdated. But I feel they were going for a more minimalist style of use. Overall, I'd say this is a great product that delivers results. It has all the features you want, didn't know you wanted, and the confidence of a constant connection through Wi-Fi.
