A stroller is one of the most popular—and most utilized—baby products most parents own. Three brands rose to the top this year: UPPAbaby, Nuna, and Graco. Parents prioritized must-have stroller features like suspension and maneuverability, easy fold, basket size, durability, car seat compatibility and the ability to hold more than one child.

You don’t need to own multiple strollers, but most parents find that having a second (or third 😬) on hand for specific purposes like traveling or working out can be helpful. The travel strollers you love share two essential features: a compact fold and a light weight. As for joggers, it’s all about suspension for a smooth ride over all types of terrain.

You may not need a stroller wagon from day one, but many parents love them as their children get older or if they have multiple kids to tote around. They’re also something to consider for a group gift.

Choosing a car seat is a big decision. (According to our survey, parents said car seats were their number one most-researched item.) Your favorite picks zeroed in on safety, weight and ease of installation, and seats for bigger kids that will go the distance. Two rotating car seats also made our best-of list this year.

Almost 40% of parents we surveyed told us they owned more than one baby carrier. Features like fit, fabric and price all factored in.

Style and peace of mind were two things Babylist parents mentioned again and again when sharing their favorite cribs and crib mattresses. Babyletto snagged the top spot for favorite crib brand, and the breathable Newton was the winning mattress pick.

Some parents skip a bassinet and go straight to the crib, but many like the convenience and closeness a bassinet provides. These favorites cover everything from basic, traditional styles to much more high-tech (and expensive) smart bassinets.

A sound machine can help your baby sleep longer and more soundly, and Babylist parents have one standout favorite: the Hatch Rest.

If you can’t decide between a video monitor and a WiFi option, know that Babylist users are split on what they love, too: about 50% of parents we surveyed prefer a traditional video option, while the other 50% want WiFi.

From lightweight playards loved for travel to the best bouncer to keep baby safe when your arms need a break, some of the picks in this category are old favorites (Graco Pack ‘n Play, Babybjorn Bouncer, Lovevery Play Gym) and some are new additions (Baby Delight Alpine Bouncer, Graco Slim Spaces Swing).

Bottles, high chairs, breast pumps—there’s a lot of gear involved when you’re feeding a baby. These favorites are all about options, from more traditional picks like bottles (including glass!) and wooden high chairs to feeding gear with a modern twist like a wearable breast pump.

Babylist parents told us they tried at least three different brands of diapers before settling on a winner. (Almost 25% tried five or more brands!) The big brands won out in this year’s survey, with Huggies and Pampers coming out on top. But store brands like Kirkland and more niche brands like Millie Moon and Coterie also earned a spot on the list. And don’t forget a diaper pail to contain the mess.

Just like in 2023, the Halo SleepSack was once again your top pick for favorite swaddle. It’s easy to use, a feature we heard from parents was the most important to look for in a swaddle.

Almost 25% of you told us the Angelcare Baby Bath Support was your favorite this baby bathtub year. The other top picks were more traditional basin-style tubs.

We often wish we could spend as much time in our pajamas as our babies do. Bamboo made an appearance this year, as did PJs and footies with magnets that make diaper (and outfit) changes a breeze.
