You can use this as long as you have a proper installation of the infant car seat. If the car seat moves more than 25 mm (1 in.) side-to-side or front to back, you'll want to install without the mat.

Cybex doesn't recommend using this protector with their car seats because they haven't tested it for safety yet.
This isn't compatible with the Chicco KeyFit 30 Infant Car Seat since they don't recommend using after-market seat protectors. Chicco doesn't allow the use of any accessories, pads, or products not included with the car seat.
This protector isn't compatible since it hasn't been tested or approved for use with the Cybex Sirona 360.
