This economical mattress is designed with the same advanced health, safety and comfort features as Moonlight Slumber’s premium mattresses. The waterproof matress has square and cornered edges, dropped-edge seams, a natural internal fire barrier and high-quality medical grade foam, all without PVC, vinyl or fire retardants.
The Little Dreamer is a two-stage mattress, or “dual side sleep system,” with a firmer side for infants and a softer side for toddlers, so you can continue using the mattress once you switch to a toddler bed. The infant side is made of extra firm foam infused with plant oils, while the toddler side is made with a softer form that’s more comfortable for toddlers. Both sides are infused with plant oils. The entire mattress is wrapped in a woven fire barrier with no spray-on fire-retardant chemicals—a very important feature if these chemicals are a concern for you.
The mattress is enclosed in a deluxe knit fabric that’s water-, stain- and odor-resistant, with “SafeSewn” seams that are bed bug and dust mite resistant. The seams are dropped to the sides and sewn flat to make sheet changes and cleaning easy; the smooth mattress surface and five-inch depth pulls sheets taught for a crisply made bed. The Little Dreamer is also waterproof and can be cleaned with a damp sponge, warm water and mild soap.
