Overview

Description

The Mockingbird Bassinet makes your Mockingbird Single Stroller or Single-to-Double Stroller (both sold separately) infant-ready, and also attaches to the Bassinet Stand for an at-home nap and overnight sleep solution.

To stroll with the Bassinet, just attach it to your Mockingbird Stroller and your little one will be comfortably supported until they grow into the stroller’s toddler seat. You’ll find thoughtful features like quick-release buttons, a foam mattress pad and removable fabrics that can be machine washed when messes happen. And to ensure your little one is comfortable while strolling on hot days, the Bassinet includes a UPF 50+ canopy with a mesh section for airflow and a pop-out visor for additional shade.

When paired together, the Bassinet and Bassinet Stand create a safe and secure setup for at-home naps and overnight sleep, at the ideal height for bedside use. With a compact fold for easy storage and a removable, machine washable basket for naptime essentials, this duo will quickly become a staple in the nursery.

The Mockingbird Bassinet can be used from birth until your infant begins to push up on their hands and knees, or when they reach 20 lbs, whichever comes first.

What we love about it

Great stroller!
First time parents and it has made the experience a little easier! Stroller is easy to use and travel with but also very durable. Our child enjoys the bassinet attachment and seems very comfortable in it. Have been recommending to our friends!

Great product!
The bassinet attachment is perfect and super stylish!! My favorite part about mockingbird strollers is the ability to evolve with all the extra attachments!

So roomy and comfy for your newborn. New design allows for changing of sheets and can be brought inside safely for baby to continue sleeping.

LOVE the stroller… a little disappointed in other aspects
We are expecting our second and needed to upgrade to a double stroller. The stroller itself is awesome. It’s a very smooth ride, has a lot of room in the basket, and is easy to maneuver. I am not the biggest fan of the unfolding process though as the handle scrapes the ground and if you buy the stroller caddy, it also is all over the ground when folded.

I also bought the car seat adapter. My understanding was that if I bought that, it would come with the attachments for it. It did not. You have to buy the entire 2nd Seat Kit even for the car seat adapter which is really a bummer when you don’t need the second seat right away….

Bassinet
Originally waited a couple of months deciding if I wanted this piece or not. Once I got it and used it, I regretted waiting so long. We took this on a trip to Disneyland and it was perfect to let the baby have room to lay but also be confined. Love using it on walks and giving the baby a chance to not be in a carseat on every walk. I love how easy it is to take on and off to switch out with other mockingbird seats. Wish I would have bought this sooner.

Love it!
We LOVE the bassinet attachment and have used it almost every day of my baby’s life (she’s 5 months old). She loves stroller naps so this is what we primarily use. Just one suggestion- the shade does have an extension but it still doesn’t come down all of the way. It lets the sun shine straight into my baby’s eyes so we need to put a dark blanket over the shade every time we go for a walk in the daytime. It’s a great bassinet but just wish this one thing was different. It’s annoying on windy days because then the blanket always flies off of the top, where as if the canopy went all of the way down we wouldn’t have that issue.

Great for single but no fit for double
Bassinet was great for our first baby, but now for the 2nd it doesn’t really work with the 2nd seat attachments. The regular seat for our 2yr old doesn’t fit facing forward when using the bassinet and the bassinet has to be squeezed in and is then slanted a little bit.
