I have no complaints about this table. However when I needed to return it, it cost me $101 for shipping!!! Also it weighs 57 lbs so I couldn’t carry it myself to the shipping store. Please read the fine print that Melissa and Doug do not pay for shipping!

You never shipped it to me because you didn’t have stock. Twice you confirmed my purchase then told me my order was cancelled due to a problem with my bank. After several calls to M & D it was found that you were out of stock!

Purchased this table (and the train set) last year (2020) for my grand children for Christmas. They love the table and the train set. Assembly was easy, although I had to make a few modifications to remove the gap between the table top and the outside edge (finger pinching hazard); I added a strip of 1/4" plywood to both sides to fill the gap. Mom & dad love it as well, makes for a great activity table.

This is sturdy and fits our train track perfectly so there's no tripping over it anymore.

I love this table! But the only downside is the drawer is small but plenty of room for storage underneath. I'd just wish more drawer space!

I bought this table through Target and we finally put it together the other day. We were excited about it as it seemed like a really sturdy table and looks great but were incredibly disappointed to find that the green boards do not sit flush with the sides of the table as suggested in the pictures, nor are they even close. There's about a half inch gap where small parts of toys can fall into and get stuck. We're also worried about little fingers getting jammed in there. Basically, the table is unusable. I wrote to Melissa & Doug and they said that this is to be expected and normal. Seriously? Who designs a table like this? I don't know if I got a dud or if this is the real design, but I thought buyers should be properly informed.

We got this table as a gift, I spent all the time to put this together and then realized the top came damaged and one seems to be uneven too.

They need to check the quality control so that customers don't' have bad experience. Overall, it looks sturdy and hoping the kid would like it. Now just have to figure out how to get fixed or return

My brother got this for my daughter for Christmas and I am in the process of putting it together. It has a large footprint and I am perplexed as to why more storage wasn't designed into the base. I plan to put it in the center of her play space and consolidate storage below, but the sides are open and whatever I put beneath will be visible. It seems like a missed opportunity. So far, it's feeling like a waste of space. I hope I'm wrong.

I should have read the fine print
I thought a train table came with the train set. What a let down!
