Bummer custom service
Sent in this blanket for an exchange as we decided on a different style. We really like their products, but the exchange process became a mess. Customer service didn’t seem to know what we requested and just stopped responding when we hadn’t received the item we submitted for an exchange. Had to clarify my emails multiple times. Felt silly for a simple process. A bummer experience when you’re trying to buy some special items for your new little one you hope are heirlooms someday.

The Perfect Bib
Been searching for the perfect bib and this has been the best find so far. Absorbent on both sides and love that is both Terry and muslin. The side snap makes it so easy to get on and off. Makes night time feeding so much better! Absolutely recommend. Would love to see a Pima cotton version too.

Not what I expected
Not as soft as the other quilts I’ve bought from little unicorn which made me really sad. It also shrunk pretty bad after washing & drying. I followed the instructions so I’m not sure if that’s just normal for this one to do. I probably wouldn’t buy this one again

Terrible quality
This blanket is not soft at all, and has started to fall apart after only three washes. The loose threads are a safety hazard for toddlers. Extremely disappointed.
