Description
The Kindred Bravely Soothing Fourth Trimester Panty comes with two soothing gel packs. Designed for pain relief after vaginal delivery or a C-section, the high-waisted design provides gentle compression and has three “pockets” for targeted warm or cool therapy after giving birth. The Gel packs can be placed in the gusset opening for perineal pain after vaginal delivery, in the stomach opening for C-section pain and/or breastfeeding cramps and in the back opening for cramps/pain after delivery.

Great amount of compression. These are super comfortable three weeks post cesarean. The slots for the hot and cold packs are extremely roomy and flexible for pack placement. I'm happy I bought two of these. One set of gel packs is enough. Im 5'6 somewhere between 180-200 and the large fit well. I look about 5/6 months pregnants, 3 or 4 in these.

The Best Post-C-Section Product
These were an absolute life-saver for me postpartum. I had a difficult recovery from my c-section, and these underwear were so great that I ordered another, pair even thought they're a bit pricey. I literally did laundry every other day for 4 weeks so I always had a clean pair to wear. The fabric is soft and silky, and the high-waisted compression was so much more comfortable than any of my core binders. Being able to insert the ice pack in the front was amazing for pain management. I'm sure these will be helpful with heat for period cramps, too. I cannot recommend this product enough.

Horrible smell
Got these in the mail and was excited as I’m 38 weeks and preparing for postpartum. The underwear and the ice/heat packs smell like they were DOUSED in perfume and I can’t get the smell out. It makes me nauseous so not sure I’m even going to be able to use these unfortunately. Seems like they’d be great if the smell wasn’t so strong.

Best thing for postpartum recovery!
I am two days postpartum from my 3rd c section delivery writing this. These have been a literal dream for recovery. I have been really itchy since the surgery and the buttery softness of the material and gentle compression of these have brought me so much relief. The pocket for ice packs works well for keeping them on my incision for extra pain relief. They’re perfectly stretchy and don’t hold anywhere too tight - I replaced the mesh underwear and abdominal binder for these. I ordered my typical size for KB underwear or one size bigger than my typical Pre Pregnancy size and it fit great. It also fit me when I was pregnant and I got to use it to hold ice packs for my back pain.

Fantastic for postpartum
These had the exact support I wanted/needed after giving birth to my third child. I wore these over a disposable pair and they were still extremely comfortable and supportive in all the right places. When I arrived home, I put the ice pack in the freezer for a bit, then put it down the front porch until it was in the perineal region. It felt fantastic! Highly recommend!!!

Post partum undies
I had my second baby via planned c section due to c section with the first just 5 days ago! I came home from the hospital with a rash on my stomach because I’m slightly allergic to the adhesive they use for steri strips ect and a doctor that does not perscribe any pain meds post baby not even ibuprofen! I hadn’t played with these to much as I was verrry pregnant when I ordered them. My second day home I put these on after a shower and man did they feel great! The material is soft and silky they have enough strength in the material to feel like they hold you together without being too tight. I opted for freezing the gel pack and after 30 minutes in the freezer (I put it in there right before I showered) it was cooolldd!! The cool lasted about an hour which was perfect. I felt really amazing when I put them on and like I don’t look like I just had a whole 8lb 9oz baby 5 days ago. I would recommend these to EVERYONE C-section or vaginal!

Excellent
Product was great post-partum. It was snug and helped with compression post c-section. The slits cut into the underwear were great to hold the ice packs in place.
