Nook Newborn High Chair

Honestly there is not a single bit of info out there on how to remove the seat cover for this model (220x). All the videos that have been posted are for the other versions. I like the chair but spent over an hour trying to reverse engineer it.

So happy I registered for the Nook NB High Chair for my 2nd child. It's beautiful, so much easier to clean than other high chairs I have used, and the fabric of the seat is really soft. I ended up having to call customer service because I accidentally snapped off one of the pegs when taking off the seat cover. I couldn't believe how late their customer service line was open in the evening... they picked up right away and replaced the part easy peasy. They even sent me a video to help me put the cover back on to walk me through it.

This high chair is amazing. As a mother of six, I’ve tried many high chairs. This is boujee high chair for sure! The wipe down feature - leather is very kid friendly. The chair itself is super easy to clean and move around.

I had such high hopes for this highchair but it is just not a good design. For something designed for newborns they completely forgot that they need extra support. Without an extra insert for newborns this highchair is not practical to be used by one. The baby flops and leans even with the seat reclined all the way. Second. The straps offer little support for a newborn as well, and for a 20lb 8 month old who is sitting up and standing up, the straps at their lowest setting allow his torso to slide under him because the crotch strap is too far out, and they don't stay well over his shoulders. Okay now onto the wheels. Who tested this thing out and decided putting wheels on the front only was a good idea??? This thing is so hard to move! The front wheels do not allow for easy mobility at all and is the bain of everyone in the house! There is no way to really roll it when it is set up! No wheels would have been easier because then you wouldn't have the rubber of the wheels acting as a break when you try to slide it backwards! I am 100% not happy with this purchase and the only good thing is it is easy to wipe down and does have a slim profile when folded but I'd definitely keep looking for a different product. Also since it won't let me scroll up to add anything. A 3-5month old who can't sit up will spend their whole time falling over in this thing because again they offer zero support for babies before they can sit up and very little afterwards.... do not recommend.

Handed down to grandparents. WAS great to take on outings because it folds up UNTIL the folding plastic mechanism broke off! Now worthless

I love this high chair. It’s perfect for my 11 month old and my 2 yr old. It’s super easy to set up. Super light also.

I have been enjoying this high chair so much. Especially the compact fold and the tray that swings open. My son is only eating purées right now since he’s only 5 months old, but so far it has been easy to clean. I do let him get messy and feed himself with a spoon as well. Just a quick wipe down and putting the top tray in the dishwasher.

There were things I loved about this high hair but also things that make it hard for day to day use. We were looking for a high chair that wasn’t always in the way and I would say that this is one thing Joovy got right. This is easy to fold and unfold and store away. We love that the tray is easy to take off on clean, love the swivel feature, and love that the tray lays flat when it sitting on the counter. Also it’s not a huge eye sore in the room. As much as those features are amazing the biggest Con of this chair is that it is very hard to clean which makes it frustrating to use for daily meals. There are too many cracks and crevices for food to get in and the seat cover (although nice) is hard to take off and clean and also has too many cracks for food to get in. I think the fact that this high chair has so many adjustable features is also what gives this high chairs so many cracks and nooks for food to get stuck in. So definitely pros and cons but cleaning this is a pain!

This high chair has all the features I wanted in a high chair. I love the swivel tray it is perfect when putting baby in and out. I also love the recline option. Before my son was good a sitting we could still include him in meals by leaning him back. The straps get pretty gross and that is my only complaint.
