Our trampoline arrived without the hardware package (screws, bolts, etc.). We contacted customer service twice: no response. The company has no listed phone number nor real-time chat to contact an actual human. We finally went to the hardware store to purchase the missing items.
The trampoline itself is fine.

Love the trampoline but disappointed in the bar quality
We are huge fans of gathre, the mats being our fav, and have so many pieces in our house and continue to get more. We love the trampoline, how beautiful and the ease of setup. I’m giving it 4 stars because the bar material came a little dented. Looks like how it was packaged. Its not a make or break but would think you’d get better quality for the price. But if you’re looking for perfect, not sure you’ll be satisfied.

Trampoline Seems Nice, but we still cannot use it since we are missing a part
I have contacted customer service twice this week and still have not heard back. I received two right brackets for the balance bar instead of one right and one left. The trampoline seems nice and of good quality, but we won't know for sure until we have the correct parts.
