Description
Ergobaby’s all-in-one Omni 360 carrier grows with your baby from birth (or seven pounds) to four years. Unlike Ergo’s other carriers, this one is ready to use for newborns, with no insert required. It has four carry positions:
- inward facing front carry (0+ mos.)
- forward facing front carry (5+ mos)
- hip carry (6+ mos)
- back carry (6+ mos)
The Omni 360 Baby Carrier has been acknowledged as a “hip healthy” product by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute—the adjustable bucket seat supports an ergonomic “M” position in all carry modes.
Ergo carriers are known for comfort, with lumbar support and soft, padded shoulder and waist straps, and the Omni is no exception. On this model, shoulder straps buckle in the front, making it easier to put on than other Ergo carriers. (Ergo has used double-locking buckles to ensure that curious riders can’t unbuckle them.) You can cross the shoulder straps or wear them backpack style, whatever is most comfortable for you. This is a carrier that works well for a wide range of body types including petite, tall and plus size. The Waist belt can be worn high or low to maximize comfort, especially post C-section.
Like other Ergo carriers, the Omni 360 has a UPF 50+ tuck-away hood for your baby, and you can breastfeed with baby in the carrier.
Unique to this model: a removable, zippered pouch holds your essentials when you’re on the go and attached to various places on the carrier.

Q&A
Yes, you can inward face front carry (0+ mos.) and forward face front carry (5+ mos).
This carrier can hip carry without adding any additional items.
The Ergobaby Omni 360 baby carrier is machine washable. Just make sure to fasten all hook and loop fasteners (velcro) and buckles before washing. Then use mild detergent free of bleach, perfumes, dyes, chlorine or optical brighteners.
The Omni Dream and Omni 360 differ in both fabric and the method for changing from front inward to front outward facing. The Omni 360 uses buttons for adjustment, while the Omni Dream utilizes sliders for this function.
The Omni Breeze offers more mesh and softer material compared to the Omni 360. The Breeze comes with extra pockets in the waistband, reflective strips for nighttime safety, foam cutouts in the waistband for breathability, and lightly padded shoulder straps. Additionally, the infant seat adjustable sliders are more concealed by the front panel in the Omni Breeze.
This is the original Ergobaby Omni 360. The Omni 360 has not been redesigned. However, the Omni 360 is different from Ergobaby's original carrier. The Omni 360 has additional lumbar support when compared to the original Ergobaby carrier, but the shoulder strap length is the same.
