Worst Order experience ever
I ordered this at the end of December 2024 two days after Christmas to be exact. Long story short I contacted the company due to no order. I waited 7 days and finally heard back. Got an email stating it was finally on its way. They offered a shipping refund. Sent me $8 back. Then I emailed 3 other times stating that there was no delivery and that the delivery tracker was even saying it didn't have a delivery update. I contacted again and they stated the order was delivered but no it had not been. I asked for a refund and didn't hear back for 4 days. I did get a refund a month and 7 days after the order was paid for. I was promised delivery 1 to 1. 5 weeks after order. That obviously didn't happen. Horrible time trying to get ahold of the company and no one EVER answers the customer phone.

My favorite
I looove this cream postpartum! I have used other products for healing as well, but by day 4 this is a must have for me. It tingles a little (in a good way) and has significantly improved my healing in 2 postpartum seasons!

Pelvic health PT here. This stuff is amazing and I encourage my pregnant patients to purchase in prep for a vaginal birth. All my pregnant friends/family get this from me. Personally, it was my desert island product for postpartum care down there.

Buy this!! Skip on the spray
This is SO good. I have vulvar varicose veins and this feels cooling without putting it in the fridge. Skip the herbal spray. It did basically nothing for me, but this was wonderful!

Pain control!
Unfortunately, I have a lot of perineum scar tissue and it’s very painful, even 3 months postpartum. This balm REALLY helps with the swelling and pain.

SO glad I bought this!
