Description
Take care of down there with herbal compresses filled with organic herbs traditionally used to soothe and comfort during pregnancy and after childbirth.
Packed in individual herbal sachets, the compresses can be cooled and gently “tucked” to ease wherever needs easing. You can also use the brewed infusion to make postpartum padsicles, or add it to a soothing sitz bath.
A quick how-to: Lay the herbal pad in a shallow bowl and cover with boiling water. Steep for about 5 minutes and then let it cool. Very gently drain the extra liquid from the pad, leaving it moist but not soaking. Be gentle and don’t squeeze—the herbal pads are fragile and can burst. Cool in the fridge and gently apply moist pad directly to your perineum.
Get crafty and save the remaining liquid—you can pour it onto a regular postpartum pad, and freeze it for a clever little perineal ice pack (aka a padsicle).

Best for all Issues with Perineum tears
Amazing- I’ve never had a baby personally but I do get frequent issues with tearing of the “space between” and this site bath NEVER FAILS to help me. 100/10 would recommend!

My go-to for postpartum healing
I’ve used this herbal blend for my past three babies and plan to use it for my coming fourth. Every time it’s helped me heal and take time to unwind between feeds and adjusting to a new life postpartum. Will always use and recommend.

New Mama Care
I was looking for something different to give my sister at her baby shower, so I put together a mom care kit for her. My herbal bath after having my son was amazing. I had a couple stitches so I really wanted to continue healing and wanted herbals to help with it. These Postpartum herbs in my bath were amazing. I highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE these!
These have so many wonderful uses!! For a relaxing and healing post partum bath, as a post partum pad to soothe and heal and I also steeped mine like a tea bag then used the excess water to make extra post partum healing pads. I can't say enough wonderful things about them!
