Super nice and great color

We’ve been using the Cybex Cot for a while now, and it’s been a wonderful addition to our baby gear. It offers everything we need for our little one’s comfort and our peace of mind.

I bought this as a gift for a new mom. I received an email that it was shipped April 18. My fault…I never checked or followed up. The new mom mentioned that she never received it. On may 1st I contacted the company and was told they would follow up. I asked them to please rush as mom was due. They were rude and said they would look into it. I also,sent an email asking them to expedite. Someone listened as mom received it two days later, however, the original customer service person sent me an email today, 5/9 stating they would reship and they would let me know when. Mom already had the baby and loves the piece. I, on the other hand, am amazed at the lack of customer service with something that costs this much! I will never purchase from this company again

the Gazelle S Cot is well made and we fell in love with the Sky Blue color (enough to wait till it was back in stock)! Both my wife and I demoed several strollers/cots and instantly decided on the Cybex. The Cot has a beautiful design that stands out from the rest. The one downside is that unlike the Uppababy and other brand's cots/bassinets; the Cybex cannot be used standalone. It can only be used on the stroller.

Sun protection was a concern (we are in Southern California) so the UPF50+ was a must have. Weighing under 10lbs. (plus baby), the cot is easy to manage and lift on and off the stroller (we have the Cybex Gazelle S - also recommended!).

It also folds up fairly small which makes storage/traveling a breeze.

Overall this is a very nice for to go with the stroller. It has a nice sun shield built in and it is nice looking. The mechanism for getting it off the base is a bit clunky and probably the thing I like least about it. I also wish it were a tiny bit deeper as I use a thick wool bunting so I can take my son out in cold weather and he gets a little squished once I snap the cover on. He’s fine but it annoys him and sometimes hinders our walks.

I really like the stroller cradle. It's comfortable and stylish. The baby is comfortable in it. But unfortunately, the side plastics have already scratched on the cradle. Although we still used the stroller very little. I'll see this scratch, I was a little upset yesterday because the look was already a little spoiled... I would like to make such cuts from better plastic

Soooo confortable and easy to install. Great coverage for baby and lightweight. Spacious and can be place bottom or top.
