Pros: They are soft and have patterns that match a lot of the Carter's brand baby clothing.

Cons: Unlike a lot of the Carter's brand clothing that is also 100% cotton, these blankets don't seem to hold up very well in the wash. After following the care instructions on the tag just once so that the blankets would be clean and ready to use, they already look like they're starting to fall apart.

Maybe they would hold up better if washed in a laundry bag, but it would probably make more sense to just buy something that's higher quality and easier to wash without worrying that it will fall apart so quickly, especially if you already need to worry about more laundry for a new baby.

Used these as swaddles with our newborn. They were the perfect size and kept baby snug and warm, the fabric doesn't have much/any give so they held the swaddle well. Grew out of them in a month, now use them for random other things. They were soft but definitely lose their softness over time.

Love them. Very versatile

Fabric is terrible - very cheap quality and not soft at all. Once they are washed once, they feel more like someone you should clean your floors with than wrap your baby. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Material is nice and soft. The blankets are a little bigger, good for swaddling.

These are very soft but not really the right size to swaddle well. My baby was 8lb 5oz 20 inches as a new born and she kicked out of even the nurses swaddles in the hospital so maybe it's her? But at 5 weeks I haven't been able to swaddle her in these since the beginning. They also leave a lot of tiny lint balls after washing (we air dried). We use them as "burp cloths" and as a warmer surface on the changing table.

Never received these. Says they were shipped but still in wear house waiting to be shipped
