The Braun ThermoScan7 helps eliminate the guesswork with its Age Precision technology: set the age of your child (0-3 months, 3-36 months or 36 months+) and use the color-coded display to easily interpret the reading.

More noteworthy features: the thermometer comes with a pre-warmed tip for accuracy and an ExacTemp guidance system with a light and beep alert so you know it’s positioned correctly.

Great thermometer
I purchased one 6 years ago and it still works! Replacement caps can be ordered in Amazon. I personally love it!

Quick temperature readings! You can buy replacement caps on Amazon & use long term as it is good for all ages/adults.

Could be easier!
The only reason I don't give the 5 hearts, it's because there are thermometers that are easier to measure the temperature, such as the one you check on the front head. Sometimes it gets a little difficult to put the little measuring tip in the ear when the baby is fuzzy.
Otherwise, it makes its job perfectly fine.

Pretty good
Good quality. Takes the temperature very quickly. I wish the power button was a side switch because in the moment, I always hit the power button instead of the temperature button. To me, they are easy to confuse especially when you are sleep deprived. My doc recommends rectal temps for newborns and I can see why- I get varied results when using this on my newborn. It’ll be nice when he’s a little older.

Super easy to use on the whole family. Love that it has settings for baby, child, and adult. Gave us a lot of peace of mind to be able to gently check her temperature as a newborn.
